AutoDS notifications: how to configure alerts for product and order updates

Set up email notifications for product changes and orders in your AutoDS account

Introduction

Product monitoring is essential to running a successful dropshipping business. AutoDS not only updates your items automatically but can also send you notifications about every product change, straight to your email inbox.

This article explains how to configure notifications for product monitoring and orders in your AutoDS account.

Prerequisite

Enable the price and monitoring (not included in the Import Plan). 

Note: AutoDS monitors price and stock several times daily to keep your listings updated, but please note that these updates are not in real time.

How to access notifications settings

  1. Log in to your AutoDS account.

  2. Go to the Settings page.

  3. Click on Notifications.

 


 

Configuring monitoring notifications

  1. Under Monitoring Notifications, select the Update type you want to be notified about:

    • Stock updates

    • Price updates

  2. Add the email address where you’d like to receive the notifications.

 


 

Choosing notification frequency

Select the Digital Email Frequency option to define how often you want to be notified:

  • Disabled – Do not receive notifications

  • Daily – Receive notifications once a day

  • Weekly – Receive notifications once a week

  • Monthly – Receive notifications once a month
