What is the AutoDS Marketplace feature?
The AutoDS Marketplace is a comprehensive solution for our users, designed to simplify:
Easy access to the trendiest and best-selling products.
Exploring different supplier options.
Importing items directly to your drafts for further customization and publishing.
Everything within a single platform.
With the AutoDS Marketplace feature, instead of browsing multiple websites and tools, you can discover, filter, and import profitable products directly into your store with just a few clicks. The goal is to facilitate your product-finding process, so you can focus on scaling your dropshipping business efficiently.
Note: The AutoDS Marketplace feature is not a supplier itself, but provides access to reliable suppliers, hosted and verified within the system.
The platform handles the integration, payment processing, and order management, but the products are sourced from verified third-party suppliers and the warehouse inventory.
Key benefits and capabilities
The benefits of the AutoDS Marketplace feature are:
Find and import products in one place: saving hours of manual work across multiple platforms.
Import products directly to your drafts with one click: eliminating copying, pasting, and manual editing from external sites.
Access multiple supplier types: including retail platforms, private suppliers, and warehouse inventory.
Discover trending products using advanced filters, such as shipping time, warehouse location, price range, or seller ratings, allowing you to locate high-potential items faster.
Work only with reliable sources, including verified private suppliers with secure shipping and return policies.
Automatically sync price and stock updates to ensure your listings always match supplier changes without manual adjustments.
Note: From the AutoDS Marketplace section in the left sidebar, you can also access the Product Finding Hub, a paid add-on that includes four product research tools: Trending Products, Hand-Picked Products, Ads Spy, and TikTok Analytics. Click here to learn more.
Suppliers available in the AutoDS Marketplace
The AutoDS Marketplace feature provides access to two main supplier categories, allowing you to source products according to your strategy and business goals:
Retail Suppliers: Traditional dropshipping sources like Amazon, AliExpress, and Walmart.
AutoDS Suppliers: Including Private Suppliers and AutoDS Warehouse inventory.
Each supplier type in the AutoDS Marketplace serves different needs and offers different benefits, shipping options, and fulfillment methods.
Note: In addition to the suppliers available inside the AutoDS Marketplace, AutoDS also offers Print on Demand for custom-designed products and AutoDS Sourcing Service for specialized product sourcing needs. These are accessed separately from the Marketplace but, like AutoDS Suppliers, use Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA) as the only available automation method.
How to choose my supplier
Here's a detailed breakdown of the differences among AutoDS Marketplace supplier types to help you make informed decisions and choose the best option for your business model:
Retail suppliers
Retail suppliers are traditional dropshipping sources. They offer a wide product selection, predictable and standard shipping times, and more reliable, well-established supplier platforms.
Note: On the product page within the AutoDS Marketplace feature, retail suppliers typically appear with the source field under the seller's name rather than the platform's name, as shown in the image below. This field appears only inside the AutoDS Marketplace product pages.
In those cases, to identify the true origin of a product, click Import Draft, then open it; you will see the supplier information displayed. You can also click on View Source Product to see the product in the suppliers page.
AutoDS Suppliers (Private Suppliers and AutoDS Warehouse)
AutoDS Suppliers are divided into two categories: Private Suppliers and the AutoDS Warehouse. Here's what each type includes:
Private Suppliers: independent verified suppliers who sell directly through the AutoDS Marketplace feature.
AutoDS Warehouse: a fulfillment center located in China and managed directly by AutoDS. All products in this case are shipped from China.
AutoDS Suppliers' benefits:
Faster shipping than standard retail options.
Improved and closer customer support.
Special discounts for AutoDS dropshippers.
Gift card branding options.
Easier order management through AutoDS.
More reliable stock and price monitoring.
Note: Some private suppliers might restrict their products from being listed on specific selling channels (such as Wayfair or eBay).
You can identify these restrictions directly on the product page inside the AutoDS Marketplace: look for the selling channel icon at the bottom of the product image. Hover over it to confirm that those are the selling channels restricted for that product. Always check for these restrictions before importing to make sure the product is compatible with your selling platform.
How to identify products from Private Suppliers and the AutoDS Warehouse
When you filter by AutoDS Suppliers in the AutoDS Marketplace, results will include both Private Suppliers and AutoDS Warehouse products.
To tell them apart:
If the supplier name shows a store name, it's a Private Supplier. These products also include a "Message This Supplier" button on the product page.
If the supplier name shows "AutoDS Warehouse", it's an AutoDS Warehouse product. Note that all AutoDS Warehouse products ship from China; leaving the "Ships from" filter empty will return the most results.
How to use the AutoDS Marketplace feature
The AutoDS Marketplace feature is designed with an intuitive interface that makes product research straightforward and efficient. Here's how to navigate and use the platform effectively.
To get started with the AutoDS Marketplace feature:
Log in to your account.
Click Marketplace from the sidebar menu on the left side of your dashboard. This will open the main Marketplace interface.
Explore product categories such as New Arrivals, Outdoors, Sports and Fitness, Toys and Hobbies, Home and Garden, Electronics, Fashion, and more.
Each category displays products in a grid format, with essential information visible at a glance, allowing you to quickly browse hundreds of potential products without needing to click into individual listings. These categories are updated regularly to reflect current trends and seasonal demands.
Note: If product images are not loading in the AutoDS Marketplace, try the following steps:
Refresh the page and wait a few minutes.
Open AutoDS in an incognito or private window.
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
And try a different browser.
If images are still not loading after following these steps, please let us know and include a screenshot of the Marketplace page showing the affected products so the team can investigate further.
Search and filter options
To find products that meet your specific criteria and business goals, the AutoDS Marketplace feature provides robust search and filtering capabilities. These tools help you narrow down thousands of products to find exactly what you're looking for.
Additionally, using these filters in combination enables you to create highly targeted product searches that precisely match your specific business needs and customer demographics.
Available tools in the AutoDS Marketplace feature:
Filters: categorized from 'ship to' region (the country you want to sell), 'ship from' location (the warehouse from where the product is sent), currency, price range, and supplier.
Search bar: Used to find products by keyword. v
Sort By: Sort products by relevance, price (low to high or high to low), shipping time (slow to fast or fast to slow), or recently added (new to old).
Best Sellers and Fast Shipping: Use these filters to show only best-selling products or products with faster shipping. The estimated shipping time in business days appears on each product card and depends on the selected Ships To region, so it can be used to compare products.
Note:
No results
If you apply filters in the AutoDS Marketplace and find no results, it means no supplier currently has products that match that exact filter combination. To find results, try the following steps:
Broaden the Ships To region by selecting Worldwide instead of a specific country.
Turn off the Best Sellers or Fast Shipping filter if one is selected.
Remove the Ships From filter to include all warehouse locations.
Remove filters one at a time to identify which one is limiting the results, or check back later as product availability changes frequently.
When searching by a retail supplier (such as Amazon), results are limited to products indexed in the AutoDS Marketplace from that supplier - not the supplier's full live catalog. If the product is available on the supplier's website but does not appear in the Marketplace, upload it directly to your AutoDS account.
Shipping price and shipping time
Shipping cost, shown as Shipping price in the AutoDS Marketplace, and shipping time are both calculated based on your Ships To and Ships From filter selections, and appear directly on the product card and the product page. On a product page the shipping price is labelled with the destination, for example "Shipping Price To United States". If you want to check the shipping cost or estimated shipping time for a different destination, apply a different Ships To filter and search for the product again using its title.
Example: When searching for the same watch with Ships To: Australia, the shipping time shows 14 business days.
When searching with Ships To: United States, the same watch shows a shipping time of 12 business days.
Searching by keyword in the AutoDS Marketplace returns products where the keyword appears in the title or category. Without applying category-specific filters such as subcategory or gender, results may include products from related categories. To narrow your results, apply the available category and subcategory filters alongside the keyword search.
The suppliers configured in your Supplier Settings control automation, monitoring, and order processing for your store. They do not affect which products appear in the AutoDS Marketplace. To filter Marketplace results by supplier, use the supplier filter within the Marketplace search interface.
Order fulfillment for AutoDS Marketplace products
Orders from AutoDS Marketplace (AutoDS Suppliers and AutoDS Warehouse) cannot be processed manually. They need to be fulfilled by Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA) and handled automatically.
The AutoDS Marketplace can support both Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA) and Auto-Order as order automation methods. Which one applies to your orders depends on which supplier provides the product you chose in the Marketplace, and how that supplier is configured in your Supplier Settings.
Retail suppliers (AliExpress, Amazon, DHgate, Banggood, Walmart, Home Depot, PureFormulas, CJ Dropshipping, Alibaba, Miniinthebox, eBay, Kmart, Redbubble, Wish, Shein, Costco, Costway, Macys, Kohls, Lowes, Wayfair, Cdiscount): the automation method follows what is already configured for that supplier in your Supplier Settings.
Not all retail suppliers support automation; check the supported suppliers list for Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA), Auto-Order, and product uploads to confirm what your supplier supports before importing products.
AutoDS Suppliers (Private Suppliers and AutoDS Warehouse): FBA is the only available automation method. In your Supplier Settings, these suppliers appear as “AutoDS Marketplace”. The order automation options will appear locked; this is expected, since FBA is the only fulfillment method available for these suppliers and is already set by default.
To check or adjust the automation method for a product imported from the Marketplace, go to your Supplier Settings → select the supplier → Orders tab.
Note: Switching the supplier for an existing order does not apply to AutoDS Marketplace suppliers (Private Suppliers and AutoDS Warehouse). To change the supplier of the product itself, update the Buy ID of each variant, as explained in the steps to change the supplier for a product.
How to import a product from AutoDS Marketplace
Once you've found a product in the AutoDS Marketplace that you want to sell, you can import it directly to your AutoDS Drafts for editing before publishing to your store.
To import products from the AutoDS Marketplace:
Go to the AutoDS Marketplace in the left sidebar of your AutoDS account.
Use the search bar or apply filters to find products based on category, price, supplier, shipping time, or other criteria.
Click on a product to view details, and click Import Draft to add it directly to your Drafts page.
The product appears in your Drafts page, where you can edit and customize it before publishing.
Note: Importing a product from the AutoDS Marketplace works the same way as any other product upload, so the product shows an import status on the Drafts page while it is processed. The AutoDS Marketplace can take some time to reflect changes on the supplier’s side, so a product the supplier no longer offers may still appear in the Marketplace, and its import does not go through. If you manage more than one store, also check that the store you imported to is selected on the Drafts page.
Product preview card
Each product card in the grid view within the AutoDS Marketplace feature displays essential information to help you make a choice. Check them below:
Supplier name: identifies the supplier of the product (retail platform, private supplier, or warehouse).
Product title: the item's name as provided by the supplier.
Item cost: displays either a single price point or a variation range if the product has multiple options with different costs.
Shipping price: the shipping cost to the destination currently filtered, labelled with that destination.
Shipping time: estimated delivery window, helping you set customer expectations accurately.
If the preview information is sufficient, click Import Product to send it directly to your Drafts. For more information about the supplier's policies, shipping terms, return policies, or product specifications, click on the product to access the full product page.
Product details page
Clicking on any product title in the AutoDS Marketplace feature opens a comprehensive details page that provides everything you need to make an informed decision about the product selection. This page consolidates information that would typically require visiting multiple websites and tabs.
This view ensures that you have all the necessary information to make informed product selection decisions and set realistic customer expectations.
Refer to the image below to review the AutoDS Marketplace feature product details page. Every number shown in the image (1–17) matches the leftmost numbered column in the table below, where each item is named and thoroughly explained.
# | Field | Description |
1 | Item’s category | The product classification (e.g., Electronics > Headphones) helps with store organization and SEO. |
2 | Source | The supplier’s name or company providing the product. This indicates whether it is a retail source, private supplier, or warehouse. This field appears only inside the AutoDS Marketplace product pages. |
3 | Product ID | The supplier's product identifier, also known as the Buy ID once the product is added to Products. This value is visible directly on the Marketplace product page before import, for reference and customer service purposes. |
4 | Item’s rating | Star ratings based on reviews from external source platforms, providing social proof of product quality. |
5 | Reviews (count) | The total number of customer reviews the product has received on the source platform indicates popularity and supports product research.
Note: This metric is only available for retail suppliers and will not appear on product pages for AutoDS Suppliers (Private Suppliers and AutoDS Warehouse). |
6 | Orders | The total number of times this product has been ordered from the supplier; a strong indicator of product viability and demand.
Note: This performance metric is only available for retail suppliers and will not appear on product pages for AutoDS Suppliers (Private Suppliers and AutoDS Warehouse). |
7 | Item cost | The wholesale price you will pay (shipping not included). A price range indicates different prices for various variants (e.g., colors or sizes). |
8 | Product specifics | Detailed attributes, including colors, sizes, materials, dimensions, and other variant options.
Important: Product images displayed in the AutoDS Marketplace are uploaded directly by the supplier. What you see in the Marketplace is exactly what the supplier has added to their product listing.
|
9 | Ships from | A dropdown to select the warehouse or region from which the product will be shipped, which affects shipping time and cost.
Note: For retail suppliers (such as AliExpress), the "Ships from" information is based on data indexed from the supplier's listing at the time it was captured. Warehouse availability may have changed since then and may not match what is currently shown on the supplier's website. Always verify the actual shipping origin and estimated delivery times directly on the supplier's product page before importing. |
10 | Shipping price | The shipping cost to ship the product from the selected warehouse to the target region, shown as Shipping price on the product card and product page inside AutoDS Marketplace. Include this in your pricing strategy. |
11 | Minimum shipping time | Use the estimated fastest delivery time for the selected warehouse to set proper delivery expectations. |
12 | Import Draft button | A central action button to import the product directly to your drafts with all information pre-filled. |
13 | A feature that allows you to send product samples to customers or yourself for evaluation before committing to full-scale sales. | |
14 | Product info | A complete product description highlighting features, benefits, use cases, and specifications; useful as a base for your store listing. |
15 | Specifications | A detailed breakdown of technical and item-specific data in a structured, easy-to-read format. |
16 | Policy | The supplier’s shipping and return policies on AutoDS Marketplace; understand these to set expectations and avoid issues with returns or refunds.
Return policies are checked on each product page, since the AutoDS Marketplace filters do not include a return policy filter.
When a product inside the AutoDS Marketplace platform shows “Returns are prohibited for this product,” note that the label is a precautionary warning that the supplier may restrict standard customer returns for that item, such as when a buyer changes their mind. For retail suppliers, the return policy published on the supplier’s website applies, so check it there before listing the product.
For eBay, for example, you can select “No returns” as the return policy when you list the product, as long as your policy meets eBay’s return policy requirements. |
17 | Reviews (written) | Actual written customer reviews from the source page, revealing insights into product quality, recurring issues, and overall satisfaction. |
Returns for AutoDS Marketplace feature orders
The AutoDS Marketplace feature offers tailored processes for managing order returns, depending on your supplier type.
Private Suppliers: Go to the Orders Page, find the specific order, and click "Message This Supplier". Explain the situation and request cancellation of an order (if it has not yet shipped), make changes to an order (if still possible), or initiate a return (if the product has been received, is eligible, and is justified and compliant with supplier policy). Private suppliers reply within 2 business days.
AutoDS Warehouse: Products from AutoDS Warehouse cannot be returned. Exception: If the product arrived damaged, click "Message This Supplier" on the order page. Explain what happened and provide proof (images and videos) within seven business days after the order is delivered. AutoDS will verify the complaint's validity and process it accordingly.
Retail suppliers: Returns follow the return policy published on the retail supplier’s own website, including returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, even when the product shows “Returns are prohibited for this product” on the AutoDS Marketplace. The way you request the return depends on your ordering method:
Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA): AutoDS handles the return process for you.
Auto-Order via your own buyer account: request the return directly with the supplier from your buyer account.
Important:
Always review the supplier’s return policy before selling their products. Approval rates vary by supplier, and private suppliers reply to messages within 2 business days. Private suppliers may have different return windows and restocking fees. Some products may be non-returnable due to hygiene or customization reasons.
The return request process can take up to 24 hours for the AutoDS automation to complete. If a return request is submitted on the last day of the return window, it may not be processed in time, and the order may lose its return window eligibility. For this reason, AutoDS advises users to submit return requests at least 48 hours before the return window closes, to ensure the automation has sufficient time to process the request. Please note that the return window may vary by product and is determined by the supplier, not AutoDS.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
The shipping information in the Marketplace is different from what I see on the supplier's website. What's happening?
The shipping information in the Marketplace is different from what I see on the supplier's website. What's happening?
If the AutoDS Marketplace shows that a product doesn't ship to a specific country (or displays different Ships From information than what you see on the supplier's website) this may happen because the Marketplace hasn't yet reflected the supplier's latest update.
The product card in the Marketplace shows the Ships From location and the shipping price to the destination currently filtered. To change which countries the results cover, use the Ships To filter (available in the AutoDS Marketplace before importing any product). However, for the most accurate and up-to-date shipping destinations, we recommend checking directly on the supplier's website or contacting the supplier via AutoDS Messages.
If you found the product on the supplier's website with the shipping details you need, you can upload it directly to AutoDS using the supplier's product URL. Learn how to upload a product in AutoDS.

Is the AutoDS Marketplace feature included in my subscription?
Is the AutoDS Marketplace feature included in my subscription?
The AutoDS Marketplace feature is included in every subscription plan at no additional charge. However, some advanced features within the Marketplace may require a further subscription, such as the Product Finding Hub.
Take full advantage of the Marketplace and explore all the AutoDS add-ons, as they may be valuable depending on your business needs.
Accessing the AutoDS Marketplace requires a connected store, which is needed to browse and import products, since every draft is tied to a specific store. If no store is connected, a product imported with Import Draft does not appear on the Drafts page.
What is the difference between private suppliers and the AutoDS Warehouse?
What is the difference between private suppliers and the AutoDS Warehouse?
The primary difference between private suppliers and the AutoDS Warehouse is that private suppliers utilize the AutoDS platform to sell their products, and there are no specific restrictions on the country of origin (shipping location).
You can find suppliers that ship products from different locations and use the filter tool on the AutoDS Marketplace dashboard page to search.
AutoDS Warehouse, on the other hand, is a fulfillment center managed directly by AutoDS in China, meaning all products are shipped from there. They may offer lower prices than other retail suppliers, but it's essential to consider the shipping time, depending on the location to which you're shipping.
Can I contact a private supplier directly?
Can I contact a private supplier directly?
You can communicate directly with private suppliers using the “Message this supplier” button. For all products from private suppliers, this feature is available on the product detail page in the AutoDS Marketplace feature and on the order page for any orders placed with that supplier. Private suppliers reply to messages sent through Message This Supplier within 2 business days.
You do not need an existing order to contact a private supplier. The “Message this supplier” button is available on the product detail page before you import the product or place an order.
If a product does not show the “Message this supplier” button, import the product as a draft, go to the “Drafts” page, and click “View Source Product”. The supplier’s page opens, where you can look for the supplier’s contact information.
If the product listing is no longer available: The “Message This Supplier” button does not appear on AutoDS Marketplace product pages that are no longer available. To contact the same private supplier, click the supplier’s name to view that supplier’s other products, open any active product listing from the supplier, and click “Message This Supplier”.
Products you requested through the AutoDS Sourcing Service: These products use a different messaging path. To message the Sourcing team, use one of these options:
Click the “Message” button on your sourcing request.
Click “Message about this order” on the order page.
Open “Messages” in the left-hand menu.
Include the order ID for faster assistance. See AutoDS Sourcing Service for the full steps.
When to contact suppliers:
Before importing products:
Ask about available colors, sizes, or specifications
Request clarification about shipping or availability
Explore supplier details and policies
After placing orders:
Check order status and tracking details
Submit cancellation requests (if not yet shipped)
Initiate return requests for eligible products
Important: Cancellations and returns with AutoDS Suppliers must be requested by messaging the supplier through the Orders page. Use the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the order and select "Send a message to supplier" as described above.
Managing your conversations with AutoDS Suppliers:
After your first message to an AutoDS supplier, the Messages tab will appear in your sidebar menu. Inside this tab, you can:
View all conversations with suppliers
Track supplier replies and response times
Follow up on ongoing inquiries
Keep all communications organized in one place
How are orders paid for in the AutoDS Marketplace feature?
How are orders paid for in the AutoDS Marketplace feature?
How do I ensure price and stock monitoring is active for AutoDS Marketplace feature products?
How do I ensure price and stock monitoring is active for AutoDS Marketplace feature products?
If the “Item cost” on an AutoDS Marketplace product card differs from the Buy Price of the same product on your Products page, the Buy Price on your Products page is the current monitored supplier price.
Price and stock monitoring apply only to products in your Products page. Items listed in the AutoDS Marketplace or saved in Drafts are not monitored. Because these items are not monitored, the price and availability on a Marketplace product card or in a draft can be outdated. To check the current supplier price, open the draft and click “View Source Product” to see the product on the supplier’s website.
Once a product is imported to your Products page, price and stock monitoring can apply, as long as the feature is enabled in your supplier settings and supported by your plan.
To ensure monitoring is active, go to Settings > Supplier Settings > AutoDS Marketplace and confirm that both price and stock monitoring are enabled for the regions and suppliers you use.
Tip: When importing from the AutoDS Marketplace, you can first import the product as a Draft to review its details and make any adjustments before publishing it to your Products page.
Note: Price and stock monitoring feature is available on all plans except the Import 200 plan.
Can I brand my orders from the AutoDS Marketplace feature?
Can I brand my orders from the AutoDS Marketplace feature?
Branding options for AutoDS Marketplace feature orders depend on the supplier type:
Gift card branding: Available for orders shipped by private suppliers or the AutoDS Warehouse. You can include a professional gift card featuring your store's logo with these orders.
Product or packaging branding: Not currently supported for any supplier type on AutoDS, including private suppliers, AutoDS warehouse, and retail suppliers.
For custom-designed products: Consider using Print on Demand options to create products with your custom designs. However, please note that while the product itself can be customized, the packaging will not include your branding.
I deleted a product that I originally imported from the AutoDS Marketplace. How do I re-import it?
I deleted a product that I originally imported from the AutoDS Marketplace. How do I re-import it?
If you deleted a product that was originally sourced from the AutoDS Marketplace, you can re-import it by going back to the original product page in the Marketplace and clicking Import Draft. You do not need to find an external supplier URL. If you have the Marketplace product page link, you can open it directly in your browser and import from there. For Hand-Picked Products, go to Marketplace > Hand-Picked Products, locate the product, and import it again from the product page.
Can I see a rating, reviews, or order amounts for a Private Supplier or AutoDS Warehouse product?
Can I see a rating, reviews, or order amounts for a Private Supplier or AutoDS Warehouse product?
Ratings, reviews, and order amounts are not shown for products from AutoDS Suppliers, which include Private Suppliers and the AutoDS Warehouse. To compare Private Supplier products, use the Marketplace filters for shipping time, warehouse location, and price range.
If you are unable to see reviews, star ratings, or order amounts for some products in the Marketplace, note that product performance metrics such as item ratings, total review counts, and order amounts are pulled directly from external retail supplier platforms.
For native AutoDS Suppliers, including Private Suppliers and the AutoDS Warehouse, these specific data fields are not tracked or displayed on the product details page. If you are browsing items from an AutoDS Supplier, these fields will automatically remain hidden from view.
How can I check where a product imported from the AutoDS Marketplace ships from?
How can I check where a product imported from the AutoDS Marketplace ships from?
After importing a product, you can verify its shipping origin by opening the product in AutoDS, going to the Variants tab, clicking Edit next to any variant, and checking the Supplier and warehouse field in the General tab. This shows the warehouse region the product ships from.
To learn how to access and navigate the edit view for products and variants, click here.
Why do I see “Sorry, we couldn’t find this”, “Item no longer available”, or “Entity not found” on an AutoDS Marketplace product page?
Why do I see “Sorry, we couldn’t find this”, “Item no longer available”, or “Entity not found” on an AutoDS Marketplace product page?
The “Item no longer available” label or an “Entity found issue: document not found” error on an AutoDS Marketplace product page may indicate that the item is no longer active or has been removed from the AutoDS Marketplace directory. If you successfully imported this product into your store before it was removed from the AutoDS Marketplace, the listing can still appear active and in stock on your active Products Page - if it is still available at the supplier website.
To confirm the status of your item and ensure your automated fulfillment is safe, you can perform a manual check based on your supplier type:
Retail Suppliers: For products imported from the AutoDS Marketplace and originally sourced from retail platforms, such as Shopify, your order automation will continue to function normally as long as the item remains active and available directly on the supplier's website. You can verify this status independently by using the following steps:
Go to your Products Page in the left sidebar menu of your AutoDS account.
Locate and open the specific item, then click on the Variants tab.
Confirm that the variant status displays as a green "In Stock" label and note down the supplier identifier or Buy ID.
Use the supplier identifier or the source link to check the product directly on the retail supplier's website to ensure it is active and available to add to a shopping cart.
If the product is no longer available on the supplier website, connect your listing to the same or a similar product from another supported supplier. Follow the steps to change the supplier for a product in the Products and Drafts pages article.
AutoDS Private Suppliers: For products imported from the AutoDS Marketplace but provided by private suppliers, the platform will typically mark the item as out of stock on your AutoDS Products Page. If an order is placed for a removed private supplier product, the automation will fail with an error because the item is no longer supported in the marketplace system.
Can I add a variant to a product I imported from the AutoDS Marketplace after it's already published?
Can I add a variant to a product I imported from the AutoDS Marketplace after it's already published?
Whether you can add a variant to an already-published product from the AutoDS Marketplace depends on the supplier type. For products from a Retail Supplier (such as Amazon or AliExpress, accessed through the Marketplace), you can add a variant using the variant ID from the supplier's own product page. For products from an AutoDS Supplier (a Private Supplier or the AutoDS Warehouse, shown as "AutoDS Marketplace" in Supplier Settings), adding a new variant to an already-published product is not supported. For the full steps, see the "How to add variants to an already published product" section in the Products and Drafts pages article.
Why does a product show a shipping price to a country I do not sell to?
Why does a product show a shipping price to a country I do not sell to?
The AutoDS Marketplace does not apply a destination filter until you set one. Until you do, the catalog is not region-restricted, so your results include products configured for different shipping destinations. A product page can therefore show a line such as "Shipping Price To Australia" even though you never chose Australia.
Once you set the Ships To filter, the results are restricted to that destination and products that only ship elsewhere are hidden.
