Mentorship is handled exclusively through the AutoDS support system. It does not include meetings via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, or phone calls. All communication takes place through support to keep conversations organized, documented, and trackable.
Language requirements
All mentors communicate only in English to maintain consistency, clarity, and quality for every mentee.
Professional communication
Maintain respectful, clear, and professional communication. A constructive tone helps your mentor understand your situation and provide more accurate, efficient guidance.
Asking effective questions
Mentors do not review entire stores but can help with specific cases, such as:
Screenshots of listings or products.
Questions about particular buyer issues.
Focused questions about strategy or decisions.
Prepare clear, specific questions before reaching out. This helps your mentor provide targeted, actionable advice.

Steps to enable the Mentorship Program
Follow these steps to activate the AutoDS Mentorship Program add-on:
Go to your Settings in your AutoDS account.
Select Plans & Add-ons from the menu.
Find the Mentorship Program add-on and click Enable.
Review the subscription details: $39.97/month after a 14-day free trial.
If you have a coupon code, click "I have a coupon!" and apply it.
Click Confirm to complete your subscription.

How to contact a mentor
Once you've subscribed to the AutoDS Mentorship Program, you can communicate with your mentor through the support system.
Responses are typically provided within 24 hours during business days. Weekend responses may take slightly longer.
To create a new mentor conversation:
Click the conversation icon at the bottom-right corner of your AutoDS dashboard.
Click the Chat with us button to open a new conversation.
Mention that you need mentor help or ask about the mentorship program.
If your Mentorship add-on is enabled, your conversation escalates to your mentor
Important: To contact the mentor, the Mentorship Program add-on must be active.
Terms and Conditions
The AutoDS Mentorship Program operates under specific terms and conditions to ensure quality support for all users. Check the scope of support below:
Illegal or unethical business models: Questions involving illicit or unethical practices will not be answered, including activities that violate laws or AutoDS policies.
Suspended or restricted accounts: Account suspensions and restrictions are complex and individualized. Support for these issues falls outside the mentor's responsibilities.
Document handling: Mentors can clarify what documents you may need but cannot review, prepare, or modify official documentation.
Unsupported suppliers or marketplaces: Assistance is limited to suppliers and marketplaces officially supported by AutoDS.
Store review limitations: Full store audits require more comprehensive analysis than ticket-based mentorship can provide. Share screenshots or ask targeted questions instead.
Product recommendations: Instead of providing ready-to-use product lists, mentors help you learn how to research and identify high-potential items.
Mentor refusal: In cases of inappropriate behavior or violations of the program's purpose, mentors reserve the right to stop responding or remove a student from the program.
Availability: Mentors aim to respond within 24 business hours. Replies during weekends may take slightly longer.
