Steps to enable the Mentorship Program

Follow these steps to activate the AutoDS Mentorship Program add-on:

  1. Go to your Settings in your AutoDS account.

  2. Select Plans & Add-ons from the menu.

  3. Find the Mentorship Program add-on and click Enable.

  4. Review the subscription details: $39.97/month after a 14-day free trial.

  5. If you have a coupon code, click "I have a coupon!" and apply it.

  6. Click Confirm to complete your subscription.

How to contact a mentor

Once you've subscribed to the AutoDS Mentorship Program, you can open a support ticket to communicate with your mentor.

Responses are typically provided within 24 hours during business days. Weekend responses may take slightly longer depending on availability.

Create a new mentor support ticket:

  1. Log in to your AutoDS account.

  2. Click the chat icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  3. Click the Contact mentor button inside Create a ticket.

  4. Send the message.

Continue an old conversation (same subject only):

  1. Open the chat from the bottom-right corner of the screen.

  2. Click the tickets icon at the bottom of the chat.

  3. Search for the previous conversation with your mentor.

  4. Open it and continue the conversation there.


Terms and Conditions
