AutoDS offers subscription plans tailored to your specific needs and divided by selling channels, including eBay, Shopify, Facebook, Wix, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Etsy. Each plan is designed to meet the specific requirements of the respective platform, ensuring you can scale your store efficiently and access the features you need to succeed in dropshipping.

Tip: We recommend subscribing directly via the AutoDS website to ensure the most flexibility across selling channels. When you connect through external platforms, such as the Wix App Market, your AutoDS account will be limited to managing stores only from Wix. If you plan to sell on multiple platforms (such as eBay, Shopify, or Etsy), you'll need separate subscriptions for each channel to access their full functionality.
How to choose your plan

Selling channel selection
Each selling channel has plans specifically designed to work with its requirements and features. Choose the platform you want to manage, such as eBay, Shopify, Facebook, Wix, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Etsy.

Billing cycle options
Monthly plan: Recurring payments every 30 days, offering flexibility to adjust your subscription as needed.
Annual plan: Billed upfront with a 25% discount, recommended for long-term users committed to growing their business.
Plan tiers
Each plan offers different listing limits and features. Select the tier that aligns best with your current business size and growth expectations. Plans range from starter tiers for new sellers to enterprise-level options for established businesses.
To choose your AutoDS subscription plan:
Inside the pricing page, select your selling channel (eBay, Shopify, Facebook, Wix, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Etsy).
Click Compare all features to review listing limits and supported features for each plan.
Choose your billing cycle between monthly billing (recurring every 30 days) or annual billing (25% discount, billed upfront).
Select your plan tier based on your listing needs and business size.
Important: The number of listings in your plan represents the maximum simultaneous limit of items and variations (such as color, size, etc.) that you can have in your store at any given time. This is not a monthly limit but rather the total capacity your account can handle concurrently. You can check your current plan limits by going to Settings → Plans & Add-ons.
Example: The Import 200 plan allows up to 200 listings, including all variations, at the same time. If you have a product with 3 sizes and 3 colors, this counts as 9 variations toward your limit because 3 sizes multiplied by 3 colors equals 9 variations (3 × 3 = 9).

Trial subscription period
AutoDS offers a trial period to help you explore the platform and test its features before committing to a full subscription. After the trial ends, you'll be charged according to the subscription plan you selected during signup.
The trial structure varies depending on how you sign up:
Standard trial: When you subscribe directly through the AutoDS website, you receive a 14-day trial for $0.99 per selling channel. This means you'll pay $0.99 for each selling channel you add, and each one will have its own 14-day trial period, allowing you to test the platform's features and functionality for that specific channel.
Affiliate and partner trials: If you sign up through an AutoDS affiliate or partner, the trial terms may differ. Each affiliate or partner may offer different discount rates or trial durations based on their specific agreement with AutoDS. Check with your affiliate or partner for details about their trial offer.
Note: Discounts and promotional coupons can only be applied during the registration process. You must use the coupon code or affiliate link when creating your account. Discounts cannot be applied to existing accounts after registration is complete.
Trial experience for new user service
AutoDS continually enhances the user experience by testing new features with select users under the new user service. This enhanced experience is part of AutoDS's commitment to continuous improvement and delivering the best possible service to users. If you're enrolled in this group, you'll benefit from the latest features and optimizations designed to support your dropshipping success.
Approximately 0.5% of new users under the new user service, who sign up with a credit or debit card through the official AutoDS website, will be enrolled in an enhanced subscription experience designed to provide better value and streamlined account management.

Payment method flexibility for enhanced users:
Users in the enhanced experience group have a streamlined payment structure designed for simplicity and efficiency:
Subscription payments: For subscription payments and regular AutoDS services, credit cards or debit cards are the only available payment methods. This means you can update your payment method at any time, but only to another credit or debit card. PayPal and Payoneer are not available as payment options for subscriptions in the enhanced experience.
FBA managed balance: For FBA managed balance only, you can add PayPal or Payoneer as alternative payment methods, giving you more flexibility in how you fund your orders through the Fulfilled by AutoDS service.

How to upgrade or change your plan
AutoDS allows you to upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time to accommodate your business needs.
To upgrade, downgrade, or change your AutoDS subscription plan:
Go to your AutoDS Account and click "Settings" at the bottom-left corner.
Click "Plans & Add-ons" at the top of the Settings page.
Review the available plans and click "Upgrade Plan" next to your desired subscription tier.
If you don't see your preferred plan listed, click "Pick the right package for you" to open a dropdown menu displaying all available plans.
Select your preferred billing cycle by choosing either Annual (with 25% discount) or Monthly billing.
Choose your desired plan tier based on your listing needs and business size.
Review the confirmation pop-up that displays the upgrade cost and your current payment method. You can change your payment method before confirming, if needed.
Confirm your selection, and your plan will be updated immediately.

Note: If you were recently charged for a higher-tier plan and would like to downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the new lower plan price will only apply starting from your next billing cycle. Note: If you enabled an add-on during registration, it will be automatically activated, and the trial period will start immediately along with your account. However, if you did not enable the add-on when signing up, you will need to manually activate it in the Plans & Add-ons section to start using the trial period for add-ons that offer a trial. The trial period for manually activated add-ons begins only when you enable them, not from your initial registration date.
How to enable the Order Processor add-on
To enable the Order Processor add-on and automate your order fulfillment process, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings in your AutoDS account.
Click on Plans & Add-ons from the menu.
Scroll down to locate the Order Processor add-on card.
Review the add-on information, which includes the monthly cost of $9.90/mo (billed separately from your subscription plan).
Click the Save your time button on the Order Processor card to begin the activation process.
A confirmation modal will appear showing your order details and the add-on price. Review the order information displayed in the confirmation modal.
If you have a coupon code, click I have a coupon! to apply your discount.
Click the Confirm button to complete the activation and enable the Order Processor add-on.
Once confirmed, the Order Processor will be active, and you can configure your automation settings.

When to enable the Order Processor
After enabling the Order Processor, you need to activate your preferred automation method in the Orders Settings by checking either the "Automatic orders" option or the "Process orders using the Fulfilled by AutoDS service" option.
The Order Processor add-on should be enabled when you want to automate your dropshipping order fulfillment using one of these methods:
Auto-orders (semi and full automation): This option allows you to use semi-automation or full automation for order processing. To use automatic orders, you need to have a buy account configured.

AutoDS supports multiple secure payment methods to give you flexibility in managing your account billing. You can choose from credit cards, debit cards, Link by Stripe, PayPal, or Payoneer to pay for your monthly subscriptions, credits, or add-ons purchased in your AutoDS account. Each payment method offers unique benefits, and you can switch between them at any time from your Account & Billing settings.

Link by Stripe: A secure, one-click checkout option that stores your payment and shipping details for faster future purchases on AutoDS and other Stripe-powered websites.

Important: For users enrolled in the enhanced new user service subscription experience, credit or debit cards are the primary payment methods for subscription and regular services. However, you can add PayPal or Payoneer as payment methods specifically for the FBA managed balance, providing additional flexibility for order fulfillment.
How to update your payment method
Updating your payment method in AutoDS is a straightforward process that ensures your subscription and services remain active. Whether you need to replace an expired card, switch payment providers, or set up a new billing method, you can manage everything securely from your account in just a few clicks.
To access your payment method settings and make updates:
Click the Settings icon at the bottom-left corner of your AutoDS account.
Go to the Account & Billing section at the top of the Settings page.
Click Edit next to Payment Method.
In the pop-up window that appears, select the payment method you prefer to use.

Use a debit or credit card
To pay with a credit or debit card:
In the payment method pop-up window, select Debit/Credit Card.
Enter the cardholder's name exactly as it appears on the card.
Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV security code.
Click Save to confirm and activate your new payment method.
Connect your Link account
Link by Stripe is a secure, one-click checkout option that stores your payment and shipping details for faster future purchases on AutoDS and other Stripe-powered websites. This payment method streamlines the checkout process and provides enhanced security through Stripe's platform.
To set Link as your payment method:
Select Link as your payment method in the Debit/Credit Card tab.
You'll be redirected to the Link (Stripe) login page in a new window.
Sign in with your saved credentials and confirm the verification code sent to your email or phone.
Return to AutoDS after completing authentication and click Save to finalize the connection.
Connect your PayPal account
PayPal offers a convenient and secure way to manage your AutoDS payments with buyer protection and easy account management.
To use PayPal for your payments:
Select PayPal in the payment method pop-up window.
A secure login window will appear, prompting you to log in to your PayPal account.
Confirm the connection and grant the necessary permissions if prompted by PayPal.
Click Save to complete the update and activate PayPal as your payment method.
Connect your Payoneer account
Payoneer provides international payment capabilities and seamless integration with the AutoDS Wallet for enhanced fund management.
To set Payoneer as your payment method:
Select Payoneer as your payment method in the pop-up window.
You'll be redirected to the Payoneer login page.
Sign in using your Payoneer credentials and approve the billing authorization when prompted.
Return to AutoDS after completing authorization and click Save to finalize the connection.

Important: After updating your payment method, it may take up to 12 hours for the system to recognize the change and up to 48 hours to reattempt the charge if a previous payment failed. Each time you update your payment method, the 48-hour retry window resets automatically. Make sure your new payment method has sufficient funds available to avoid any interruptions to your service. If the charge fails after the retry period, your account may be placed "On hold" and temporarily paused until the payment is successfully processed.

Set up AutoDS Wallet
To connect your Payoneer account to the AutoDS Wallet:
Go to your AutoDS account and open the AutoDS Wallet section from the left-hand menu or by clicking the arrow icon in the top-right corner.
Connect or create a Payoneer account by choosing one of the following options: If you already have a Payoneer account, click I already have an account and log in with your credentials. If you don't have a Payoneer account yet, click Sign up to Payoneer and create a new account.
Start using your Wallet features after the connection is established:
Click My Account Details to view your account information and current balances across different currencies.
Click Withdraw to AutoDS Balance to move funds or convert between supported currencies as needed.
Track all Payoneer bank account transactions directly from the Wallet interface.
Check your transaction history according to date, amount, and description to maintain accurate financial records.

To access your payment history and billing information:
Log in to your AutoDS account using your credentials.
