The order must be fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA – Fulfilled by AutoDS orders only).

The order must already be processed and charged.

Instructions

Log in to your AutoDS account.
Hover over your balance and click Download Invoices.

In the pop-up window, select the month and year.

You can also add details (address, display name, or company name) that will appear on the invoice.

Click Download.

A: Invoices are generated for the AutoDS account as a whole and will include orders from all connected selling accounts.

A: Invoices are generated one month at a time. Select the desired month and year when downloading.
Q: Can I get an invoice for orders not fulfilled by AutoDS?
A: Invoices are available only for orders processed through the Fulfilled by AutoDS service.
Q: Can I get the original supplier’s invoice?
A: AutoDS acts as an intermediary and places the order with the supplier on your behalf. Invoices are therefore issued by AutoDS, and supplier invoices are not available under the Fulfilled by AutoDS service terms.
