A - Sign up for AutoDS: how to create an account, subscription plan and prices, trial, and payment methods

Learn how to sign up for AutoDS, choose a subscription plan, understand pricing and variation limits, start your trial, add a payment method, and how billing cycles work.

A subscription plan is what gives you access to AutoDS's tools for running your dropshipping store, such as listing products, managing orders, and automating your store, on a specific selling channel. You need an active subscription plan for each selling channel you want to sell on.

AutoDS supports the following selling channels: eBay, Shopify, Facebook Shop and Facebook Marketplace, Wix, WooCommerce, Amazon, Etsy, and TikTok Shop. If a selling channel is not on this list, it is not supported, and you will not be able to use AutoDS with it.

This article explains how these plans work, including how to choose and subscribe to one, prices and variation limits, billing cycles, trial terms, and payment methods.

Key points about subscription plans

  • Account vs. subscription plan: your AutoDS account is your single login, used to manage your entire AutoDS setup. The subscription plan is different, since it is a paid plan tied to one specific selling channel. One AutoDS account can hold multiple subscription plans, one for each selling channel you connect, each billed and managed independently.

  • One plan can cover more than one store: you do not need to create a separate subscription plan for each store if they are in the same selling channel (for example, two Shopify stores). They share the same subscription plan, up to the number of stores allowed by your plan tier, except for the Import plan, which allows 1 store only.

  • Store limits vary by selling channel and tier. All selling channels support 1 store on the Import plan. For Starter, Advanced, and Enterprise plans, the number of stores you can connect varies by channel, see the pricing details for each plan below for the exact limit. The Shopify Starter plan supports one store only. To connect multiple stores, a higher-tier Shopify plan is required.

  • Four plan tiers: each selling channel includes four subscription plan tiers on AutoDS: Import, Starter, Advanced, and Enterprise.

  • Dashboard access is included in every tier: The AutoDS Dashboard and its analytics, profit, revenue, and order metrics, are included in every subscription plan tier: Import, Starter, Advanced, and Enterprise. Viewing your store performance data does not require a plan upgrade or a separate add-on purchase.

Important: Where you register matters. If you subscribe through a selling channel's app or website (such as the Shopify App Store or Wix) instead of the AutoDS website, your subscription is billed and managed through that platform instead of directly in AutoDS, and you will only be able to use AutoDS with that one selling channel; no other selling channels will be available for you. To use AutoDS with multiple selling channels, subscribe through the AutoDS website instead.

Taxes on AutoDS subscription purchases

Tax may apply to your AutoDS subscription, add-on, and credit purchases if your payment method is a debit or credit card, depending on your billing country or region. The tax type and rate are determined by your location at the time of purchase. This tax reflects the rate set by your local tax authority, not a fee charged by AutoDS.

Regions where tax currently applies:

  • United Kingdom: 20% Value Added Tax (VAT) applies if you are not VAT registered. If you are VAT registered, you can enter your VAT ID to receive a 0% rate.

  • United States (selected states): sales tax based on your ZIP code. Tax applies only if your ZIP code resolves to one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Washington. Users in all other US states are not subject to sales tax on AutoDS purchases.

  • Canada: tax based on your province or territory. Rates range from 5% to 15%, depending on the province. Quebec applies both a 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) and a 9.975% Quebec Sales Tax (QST), for a combined 14.975%. If you hold a GST number (available for all provinces) or a QST number (available for Quebec only), you can enter it to receive the applicable exemption.

  • Australia: 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies if you do not hold an Australian Business Number (ABN). If you hold a valid ABN, you can enter it to receive a 0% rate.

Tax is collected on AutoDS, depending on your location, at the time of:

  • A subscription purchase, during registration or from Settings.

  • An add-on purchase, such as Product Finding Hub, Orders Processor, Mentorship Program, VA Users, or AI UGC Video Ads Creator.

  • A credit purchase, such as AI Credits, AO Credits, or Auto Finder Credits.

  • A special offer purchase.

  • Updating your payment method.

How you can tell if tax will be charged:

You may see the phrase "Taxes may apply" as a notice while entering your billing details on any of the purchase screens above. At the confirmation step, if tax applies to your billing location, the tax amount is shown as its own line item before you confirm payment.

Note: The $0.99 AutoDS trial charge is not taxed, regardless of your billing country.

Important: Users who created their accounts through Shopify, as well as users who use Payoneer or PayPal as a payment method, are not subject to these taxes. Tax does not apply to FBA Managed Order Balance loads.

How to subscribe to AutoDS

AutoDS subscription plans are available on the AutoDS pricing page for the first steps of the registration, organized by selling channel and tier. The steps below explain how to select and activate an AutoDS account.

To subscribe to an AutoDS plan:

  1. Go to the AutoDS pricing page and select your store's selling channel.

  2. Select a billing cycle using the toggle at the top right: Annual (25% off) or Monthly. Annual billing provides a 25% discount billed upfront for 12 months. Monthly billing renews every 30 days. Prices on the page update automatically based on your selection.

  3. Select the plan tier that fits your business size. Click Compare all features on the AutoDS pricing page to view the full feature comparison across Import, Starter, Advanced, and Enterprise plans.

  4. Click the button on your chosen plan card to subscribe, which begins a 3-day trial.

Note: Each plan includes a total variation limit, which is the maximum number of active product variations your account can hold. A variation is any unique combination of product attributes, such as size and color. For example, a product with 3 sizes and 3 colors counts as 9 variations (3 x 3 = 9). The limit applies to all published products across every store connected to your account.

Note: If you already have an AutoDS account, you must manage your subscription from within the platform, not through the AutoDS pricing page.

  • To upgrade or downgrade your current plan: Go to Settings → Plans & Add-ons → Upgrade plan. Learn more.

  • To add more selling channels: Go to Settings → Plans & Add-ons and click Buy plan next to the selling channel you want to add. Learn more.

How to create your AutoDS account

To create a new AutoDS account, go to the AutoDS website and click "Start Free Trial" or "Sign Up".

Step 1: Create your account credentials

On the registration page, you can sign up in two ways:

  • Register using your Google account: If you register with Google, your email address and password are managed through your Google account and cannot be changed within AutoDS.

  • Fill in the registration credentials form: enter your Email Address, Full Name, Password (8 or more characters), and optionally your Phone Number. Then click "Continue".

Step 2: Select your selling channel

Select the selling channel you want to use with AutoDS: Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Facebook, Wix, WooCommerce, Etsy, or TikTok.

Step 3: Choose your subscription plan

AutoDS displays the available subscription plans for your selected selling channel. Plans are shown in monthly billing by default, with annual billing available at 25% off. To see annual prices, toggle to "Annual".

Each plan starts with a $0.99 trial charge. After the trial ends, your subscription renews at the standard plan price. Click "Start Now for $0.99" on your chosen plan to proceed.

Step 4: Review the summary and add-ons

The summary shows your selected plan and the trial charge. Click "Show details" to expand the add-ons section. The Orders Processor add-on ($9.90/month) is pre-selected by default. If you do not want the Orders Processor, uncheck it before proceeding. Other add-ons (Create UGC, VA Users, Mentorship, Product Finding Hub) are available but not pre-selected.

If you have a coupon code, click "I have a coupon!" and enter it before completing your purchase.

Step 5: Select your subscription payment method

Choose your payment method: PayPal, Payoneer, Card, or Google Pay. For card payments, enter your Card Number, Expiration date, CVC, and Country.

Click "Continue" to complete your registration.

Note: AutoDS charges all subscription payments in USD. If your card or payment method is in a different currency, your bank automatically converts the amount. Any conversion fees are determined by your bank.

Trial subscription period

New AutoDS users can start with a 3-day trial at $0.99 before the full subscription price is charged. This charge verifies your payment method and covers the cost of the trial period. The trial is available for Import, Starter, Advanced, and Enterprise plans when subscribing for the first time.

To start the trial, click Start now for $0.99 on the AutoDS pricing page. During the 3-day trial, the full feature set of the selected plan is available, since the trial does not have a limited version.

Important: The 3-day trial at $0.99 apply to your AutoDS subscription only. Each selling channel may offer its own trial period or charge a separate trial fee independently. These are not connected to your AutoDS subscription and are managed directly by the selling channel.

What happens when the trial ends:

  • The subscription automatically renews at the full plan price for the chosen billing cycle.

  • If an annual plan was selected at registration, the full annual amount is billed upfront when the trial ends.

  • To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription before the trial period expires.

  • The $0.99 trial charge itself is non-refundable under AutoDS's Terms of Service, since it covers the cost of the trial period and verifies your payment method.

  • Add-ons are charged separately at the same time as the plan. If you enabled any add-ons during registration (such as the Orders Processor), each one is billed as a separate charge when the trial ends, not bundled into the plan price. Review your active add-ons under Settings → Plans & Add-ons before the trial ends if you want to remove any.

  • If the payment fails when the trial ends, no new billing date is scheduled. The account is placed on hold, and the system retries the payment automatically every 12 to 48 hours. There is no fixed next charge date, and the retry continues until the payment succeeds or 30 days pass. To resume access, update your payment method in Settings → Account & Billing.

To see when your next subscription charge is scheduled, go to Settings → Account & Billing. The "Next billing cycle" date is displayed in the "Account Details" section, inside the Payment Method block. This is the date your subscription renews and the next charge is processed.

Add-ons have their own independent trial. If an add-on is enabled during registration, its trial starts at the same time as your plan trial, but add-ons are not included in the $0.99 charge and are billed separately.

The $0.99 trial is tied to the store, not your AutoDS account. It is available once per store: if you have already used a trial for a selling channel and then add a new one (for example, you used your Shopify trial and later connected to eBay), you may qualify for a new $0.99 trial for that additional store. Re-subscribing to a store that has already used its trial does not reset eligibility, even if you cancel your AutoDS account and register a new one, or disconnect and reconnect to the same store.

Affiliate and partner trial terms may differ from the standard trial. AutoDS users who register through an affiliate or partner link may have different trial terms, such as an extended trial duration or a discounted introductory rate. The specific conditions depend on the affiliate or partner offer used at registration.

Important: Upgrading or changing your plan during the trial period ends the trial immediately, and the full price of the new plan is charged right away. If you selected the wrong plan at registration, please let us know before making any changes. An agent can evaluate whether your plan can be changed without ending your trial.

Note: All AutoDS subscriptions are charged in US dollars (USD). If your payment method is linked to a different currency, your bank or payment provider applies its own exchange rate and may charge additional foreign transaction fees. AutoDS does not control these conversions or fees.

Import Plan

The Import Plan in AutoDS is a basic plan perfect for beginners testing products and getting started with dropshipping automation. This entry-level plan offers essential tools to manage your store, excluding advanced features.

Important: The price and stock monitoring feature is not available for the AutoDS Import Plan. If you want to use it, choose an upgraded plan.

The Starter Plan is ideal for growing dropshipping stores ready to scale with automation. This plan includes everything in the Import Plan, plus critical automation features to save time and improve efficiency.

To select the Enterprise plan, click the Choose package button. In the dropdown menu, choose one of the available options, or click Contact Sales if you need more.

AutoDS subscriptions are available on two billing cycles. The billing cycle toggle on the AutoDS pricing page is located at the top right, above the plan cards, and displays Annual (25% off) | Monthly. The option highlighted in orange is currently active. The two cycles work as follows:

  • Monthly: Recurring payments every 30 days. The first full monthly charge happens immediately after your 3-day trial ends, or if you downgrade or upgrade your plan through the platform on your own, and the plan renews every 30 days after that, offering flexibility to adjust your plan as your needs change.

  • Annual: Billed annually upfront for 12 months at a 25% discount off the monthly price. With the annual charge, immediately after your 3-day trial ends, or if you downgrade or upgrade your plan through the platform on your own, you are charged the full plan value minus the 25% discount, in one upfront payment for the year, not billed monthly.

Clicking either toggle switches the billing cycle, and plan prices update automatically.

Discounts and coupon codes

Subscription discounts and promotional coupons in AutoDS apply differently depending on account status and the type of purchase, as follows:

  • New account registration: Subscription plan discounts and promotional coupons apply only when creating a new AutoDS account. The coupon code or affiliate link must be entered at registration to be applied.

  • Existing accounts: Promotional coupon codes and affiliate or influencer links cannot be applied to existing accounts after registration is complete.

  • Add-ons and Auto-Order Credits: Coupon codes can be applied when activating add-ons, such as Mentorship or VA Users, or when purchasing Auto-Order Credits. This applies to both new and existing accounts.

Payment methods accepted by AutoDS

AutoDS accepts credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Payoneer as payment methods for subscriptions and add-ons. You can add or change your payment method at any time from Settings → Account & Billing.

All AutoDS payments, including subscriptions, add-ons, and managed balance top-ups, are processed in USD. If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider converts the USD amount, and the amount on your statement may differ from the USD amount shown in AutoDS. Any conversion fees or rate differences are set by your bank and are not related to AutoDS.

For the best compatibility and fastest processing, AutoDS recommends credit or debit cards and PayPal. Payoneer works best with the AutoDS Wallet for international payments and currency conversion. PayPal and Payoneer may not be available in all regions.

Note: Your AutoDS subscription and add-on payments are charged through your saved payment method only. Your managed order balance is a separate balance used exclusively for Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA) order fulfillment.

Note: If a payment does not go through, AutoDS automatically retries it every 12 to 48 hours for up to 30 days. During the first 5 days, your account status changes to On Hold. From day 6 to 30, it changes to Inactive. If the payment is still unsuccessful after 30 days, your subscription is canceled. To avoid this, update your payment method in Settings → Account & Billing as soon as possible.

Subscription payment declined during registration

There are several common reasons why a subscription payment may be declined during registration:

  • Insufficient funds: the card or account does not have enough funds to cover the subscription charge.

  • Expired card: the credit or debit card used for the subscription has passed its expiry date.

  • Incorrect billing details: the card number, expiry date, CVC/CVV, cardholder name, or billing address entered does not match the details on file with your bank.

  • Card type not supported: prepaid cards and some virtual cards are not accepted as subscription payment methods on AutoDS.

  • Bank security block: your bank may have flagged the charge as suspicious and blocked the transaction. Contact your bank to authorize the charge and then retry the payment.

  • Payment processor limit: your card or account may have reached a daily or monthly transaction limit set by your bank or payment processor.

If your subscription payment method is declined during registration, try the following steps:

  1. Verify that the card or account has sufficient funds.

  2. Check that the card has not expired and that the billing details are correct.

  3. Try a different subscription payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Payoneer).

  4. If multiple subscription payment methods are declined, please let us know so the AutoDS support team can review your billing details.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Why was I charged after my trial?

Your subscription automatically renews into a full paid plan once the 3-day trial period ends. If you selected a monthly plan, the first full monthly charge applies immediately after the trial. If you selected an annual plan, the full annual amount is billed upfront when the trial ends. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription before the trial expires.

When does my billing cycle start after the trial ends, and how much will I be charged?

Your paid billing cycle begins on the day your 3-day trial ends. For example, if you started your trial on August 1, your first full charge is on August 4. If you selected a monthly plan, the charge recurs every 30 days from that date. If you selected an annual plan, the full annual amount is charged on August 4 and your next renewal is one year later. The amount charged is the full price of the plan you selected at registration, as shown on the AutoDS pricing page.

Does AutoDS charge taxes on subscription purchases? Is the $0.99 trial charge taxed?

Tax may apply to AutoDS subscription and add-on purchases depending on your billing country or region. AutoDS currently applies tax in the United Kingdom (20% VAT), the United States (select states by ZIP code), Canada (5 to 15% GST, HST, or QST by province), and Australia (10% GST). Users who registered through Shopify or who use Payoneer or PayPal as their subscription payment method are not subject to these taxes. The $0.99 AutoDS trial charge is never taxed, regardless of your billing country. To view or update your tax identification details, go to Settings → Account & Billing → "Edit" in the "Payment Method" section.

Can I separate my stores into different accounts to have separate subscriptions?

Separate accounts are not needed to have separate subscriptions. Each store in AutoDS has its own independent subscription and billing. If you have two stores in the same account, each one is already billed separately. You can review each subscription individually under "Settings" → "Plans & Add-ons".

Moving a store between AutoDS accounts is not supported. AutoDS does not transfer stores, products, orders, or settings between accounts.

Is the AutoDS Dashboard included in all subscription plans?

The AutoDS Dashboard and its analytics, including profit, revenue, and order metrics, are included in every AutoDS subscription plan tier (Import, Starter, Advanced, and Enterprise). Viewing your store's performance data does not require a plan upgrade or a separate add-on purchase.

My affiliate or partner link promised a longer trial than three days. How do I check what applies to my account?

If you registered through an affiliate, partner, or selling-channel partner link, your trial length and price may differ from the standard three-day, $0.99 trial. To check the trial length and next billing date that actually apply to your account, click Settings → Plans & Add-ons, and look at the next billing date shown on your plan card. If the date shown does not match the trial length you were promised, let us know which affiliate, partner, or selling-channel link you used, and the AutoDS support team can review your registration details and correct the billing date if the promised terms were not applied correctly.
