How to import untracked orders via CSV

If AutoDS isn’t automatically tracking orders from your non-API store, you can manually upload them from eBay.

We recommend using the Chrome extension, but if you don’t, follow these steps:

Step 1: Export orders from eBay

  1. Log in to your eBay Seller Hub.

  2. Go to the Orders section.

  3. Click Download report or choose Create report.

  4. Select Report Source as Orders.

  5. Select Report Type as All Orders.

  6. Click Download.

  7. Save the CSV file to your computer.

Step 2: Import orders into AutoDS

  1. In AutoDS, go to your Store page.

  2. Click the three dots menu and select Resync.

  3. Choose the file you downloaded from eBay.

  4. Upload it to AutoDS.

  5. AutoDS will process the orders and display them in your Orders dashboard.

  6. Link each order to a product URL if it is still unmonitored.

  2. Click the three dots menu and select Resync.

  3. Choose the file you downloaded from eBay.

  4. Upload it to AutoDS.

  5. Once completed, your previously untracked listings will appear.

  6. Link each product to a product URL if it is still unmonitored.

How product and order monitors work

  • Product monitor – checks for changes in stock and price at the supplier site and updates your store listing accordingly (if the extension is installed).

  • Order monitor – verifies and syncs orders placed outside AutoDS by matching them with product data and supplier URLs (if the extension is installed).

These tools help ensure that even manually handled products remain in sync with supplier data.
