There are situations where the supplier changes the product’s buy ID on the source site, or you want to replace an existing product with a new one. To make this process simple, AutoDS provides the Regrab Product Details feature.

Prerequisites
Before using this feature, keep in mind:

It works only for non-variant products.

Make sure you have the correct buy ID or product URL of the replacement product.

If applicable, you must also update the supplier and region when regrabbing details.

Step-by-step guide

Go to the Products page in your AutoDS dashboard.

Select the product you want to update and click the three dots (⋮).

From the menu, click Regrab Product Details.

In the pop-up window, enter the new product buy ID or product URL.

Update the supplier and region if necessary.

Click Update.
The system will automatically grab the new details and replace the old ones for that product.

Q: Does this feature work for all products?
A: The feature works only for non-variant products. Variant products are not supported.
Q: Can I use the Regrab feature to switch suppliers?
A: Yes. When entering the new product ID or URL, you can also update the supplier and region if needed.
