Export Listings From Your eBay Store to AutoDS

Introduction

Exporting your listings from eBay is necessary when moving from a previous monitoring system or when you want to add existing products to AutoDS. This guide explains how to export your listings and prepare them for import.

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to your active listings page in Seller Hub:

   • https://www.ebay.com/sh/ovw

   • https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active

2. Click Customize table.

3. Enable the Custom Label field.

4. If you see source IDs in the column, you can proceed.

   • If the column shows “Add” instead, ask your previous monitoring software for the export file.

5. On the active listings page, click Reports.
6. Click Get template.
7. Set the template source to Listings.
8. Select template type Edit price and quantity.
9. Download the file.
10. Adjust the file format to match AutoDS untracked products requirements.
