How to Convert your Tracking Number to BlueCareExpress (BCE)
Learn how you convert your tracking numbers from AMZL to BCE
Introduction
This guide explains how to set up BlueCare Express (BCE) tracking conversion in AutoDS. When dropshipping from Amazon, you may receive Amazon Logistics (TBA) tracking numbers that some selling channels don’t recognize.
AutoDS integrates with BCE so you can convert TBA and even valid carriers (such as USPS or FedEx, when you prefer consistency) into a compatible format. That keeps tracking uploads smooth, reduces “cannot track” situations, and helps avoid disputes or claims.
Benefits
- Converts Amazon TBA numbers into a trackable, channel-accepted format.
- It lets you convert valid carriers (USPS/FedEx, etc.) when you want uniform tracking for consistency.
- Improves buyer experience and lowers “item not received” cases by keeping tracking accurate and visible.
- Streamlines your workflow by pairing conversion with automated tracking updates.
Quick Jump
Prerequisites
-
Designed for Amazon orders: convert Amazon Logistics (TBA) and, if desired for consistency, convert all carriers (e.g., USPS/FedEx).
-
Available for Amazon US, UK, DE, FR.
-
Orders Processor Add-on enabled: billed separately ($9.90/mo after a 14-day trial).
- Enough AO balance. BCE conversions consume 0.33 Auto-Order credit (in addition to 1.00 credit if the order is auto-processed).

If you use Buyer Accounts (Amazon), keep an active account added; if you use Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA), conversion runs via AutoDS-managed Amazon accounts.

⚠️ Important: Since July 2024, BCE is no longer supported as an integrated carrier on eBay; for Amazon TBA on eBay, use Tracking Generator, and for other suppliers consider QTrack.

Possible Issues & Workarounds
Issue | Workaround |
---|---|
Tracking number not updated/converted |
Ensure the Orders Processor Add-on is enabled in your account settings. |
Order remains “Shipped” and the selling channel hasn’t reflected the update |
Track the shipment on 17Track/BCE and confirm conversion/updates in Order Logs & Tracking Updates. For FBA, if tracking shows Delivered but the channel didn’t reflect it yet, contact the Orders Team. For Amazon Buyer Account flows, trigger the tracking update per the official instructions and allow time for synchronization. 👉 Learn More: Order logs and tracking updates |
Original tracking added instead of BCE |
Make sure you have sufficient Auto-Order Credits before orders are processed (BCE conversion consumes credits as described in the credits section). Verify Tracking Conversion was enabled before the order entered processing. If needed, recheck store/supplier settings and keep the flow automated (avoid manual overrides). |
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Which suppliers and regions are supported for BlueCare Express (BCE) conversion?
A: Amazon orders in US, UK, DE, FR.
Q: My order was auto-placed. How do I ensure tracking converts to BCE?
A: Keep the flow fully automated (avoid manual status changes or entering the original tracking). If everything looks correct and tracking hasn’t converted, open a ticket for the Orders Team.
However, keep in mind that there will be cases where we will not be able to convert your tracking numbers to BCE due to an issue on Blucare's end.

Q: The BCE tracking isn’t visible on the BCE website yet. How does activation work?
A: BCE tracking becomes active once the order is Shipped. The system scans at 6–12-hour intervals, so updates may take some time to appear.
Q: Can every tracking number be converted to BCE?
A: BCE supports many carriers and is especially helpful for Amazon Logistics (TBA). You can also opt to convert all trackings (including USPS/FedEx) for consistency.
Q: Is BCE tracking conversion guaranteed for every order?
A: Conversion is highly consistent, yet external factors can affect specific cases. Use the workarounds above or contact support if needed.
Q: I enabled BCE and want it applied to a previous order. Is that possible?
A: Settings apply to new orders going forward. Existing orders keep the method active at the time of processing.
Q: My order doesn’t appear in AutoDS. Can I convert the supplier’s tracking and update my selling channel manually?
A: BCE conversion works inside AutoDS. If the order isn’t visible in your account, the system can’t convert the tracking. In such cases, you can understand under which circumstances an order will not appear on your AutoDS account and how to check and fix it.

Q: The buyer already received the order, though the store still shows “Shipped”. How do I align statuses?
A: For Buyer Account Amazon, follow the manual-update instructions and allow time for syncing. For FBA, updates occur automatically; if needed, open a ticket for the Orders Team.
