Supported Selling Channels and Suppliers: FBA, Auto-Orders, Tracking, and Product Upload

Introduction

Use this article to confirm which suppliers and selling channels are supported on AutoDS. The content is organized by automation so you can validate support quickly and plan your setup.

How to use this page

1. Identify the automation method you want to use (FBA, Auto-Order Full, or Semi-automation).
   
   
2. Check your supplier's tracking-conversion availability (BlueCare, QTrack, Tracking Generator).
   
   
3. Confirm supported regions.

Getting started

• Even if we support all regions for the suppliers, the only currency we support is USD. You can adjust it in your settings to ensure that the currency in the platform will be in USD:
  
  1. Go to Settings → Supplier Settings → General and change Ship to Country to United States or Worldwide (Shipping prices are not included).
  2. This change will update the Buy Price currency for your products on both the Products and Orders pages.

• For fast shipping, high-quality items, discounts for AutoDS dropshippers, logo branding on packages, and easy payment, see the AutoDS warehouse guide.

• AutoDS does not support customizable or personalized products (they require manual input per order). Uploads of such products will fail with “Product does not exist on the supplier.” If you want to sell branded products with custom designs, use Print on Demand.

Auto-Order (Full automation) allows you to process orders automatically using your own buyer accounts (Amazon or AliExpress). It includes tracking number conversion and updates, ensuring smooth order management without manual intervention.

Auto‑Order (Semi‑automation / Tracking only)

With Semi-automation, you place the order manually, but AutoDS takes care of tracking detection, updates, and conversion (if enabled). This way, you keep control over the purchase process while still automating the tracking flow.

Supported Supplier to Upload

For suppliers that don’t support AutoDS automation, or in situations where automation is not recommended, you can process orders manually. This option is also suitable for sellers who prefer full control over each purchase.

You’re selling a product from a supplier unsupported by FBA, but want orders placed via FBA.	1) Find another supplier supported by FBA that is selling the same item. 2) If the product has no variants, use Regrab Product Details. 3) If the product has variants, re-import the listing. 👉 Learn More: How To Use 'Regrab Product Details' Feature

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What if I want to use a supplier that’s not on the supported list?
A: You can submit your request through our Feature Request page. Our product team reviews suggestions regularly and may add new suppliers based on user demand.

Q: Are customizable or personalized products supported?
A: No. AutoDS does not support products that require manual customization, such as engraved items or personalized gifts, because they cannot be automated and are prone to order errors.

Q: What’s the difference between ‘Auto Orders & Tracking’ and ‘Tracking Only’?
A:

• Auto Orders & Tracking: AutoDS places and tracks orders for you using your buy account.
  
  
• Tracking Only: You place the order manually, and AutoDS updates tracking info automatically.

Q: How can I change the supplier of my order?
A: Click the three-dot icon (More Options) → select Edit Order → go to the Product tab in the pop-up window.

Update the Supplier, Buy URL, and Buy Variant ID as needed.

Once the appropriate details are updated, click Save and send the order back to the automation by changing the status from Pending to Send to Auto Order.

Q: I found another supplier that has a lower price. Can I still change the supplier for my order?
A: You can still change the supplier as long as the order hasn’t been processed. However, changing the supplier is no longer possible if the order is already in process or has already been placed.

Please note that orders placed via Fulfilled by AutoDS cannot be canceled.
