Supported suppliers for product uploads

Learn which suppliers and warehouse regions AutoDS supports for product uploads, which ones also support order automation, and what to do if a supplier is not supported.

Before you upload a product to your dropshipping store, the supplier you choose determines whether AutoDS can import the product, keep its price and stock updated, and automate its orders. This article explains which suppliers and warehouse regions are supported for product uploads, which ones also support order automation, what to check before you upload, and what to do if your supplier is not supported.

Key points about supported suppliers for product uploads

  • Only the suppliers and warehouse regions listed below are supported for product uploads. Links from any other source, such as Temu, 1688, wholesale or manufacturer websites, or links copied from your own store, do not import into AutoDS.

  • Not every supplier that supports product uploads also supports order automation. Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA) and Auto-Order each have their own supplier and region lists, and orders from other suppliers can still be processed manually.

  • AutoDS does not check whether a product ships to your country. Before you upload a product, check the shipping destinations on the supplier's website.

  • The right warehouse region is supported by AutoDS for that supplier, close to your buyers, and supported by your automation method. A warehouse region outside the supported list stops the upload from going through.

  • Supplier names can match selling channel names. Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Shopify in the supplier list refer to where you source the product from, not to the store you sell on.

  • If your supplier is not supported, look for the same or a similar product from a supported supplier, or use another way to source products, such as the AutoDS Marketplace or AutoDS Finder.

Supported suppliers for product uploads

Before you upload a product to AutoDS, check whether your supplier and warehouse region are supported. Only the suppliers and warehouse regions listed below are supported for product uploads. Products from any other source, including wholesale websites, manufacturer websites, or links copied from your own store, are not supported.

When you upload a supported product, AutoDS automatically imports its title, description, images, variants, pricing, and stock information to your AutoDS account.

Important: AutoDS is not a supplier, manufacturer, or carrier. AutoDS connects you with suppliers and processes orders on your behalf. AutoDS does not own, store, package, or ship products, and is not responsible for product quality, packaging, or delivery times.

These responsibilities belong to the suppliers. Errors regarding a supplier's website not loading or inventory not being accessible are outside of AutoDS's control. Visit the supplier's website directly or contact them for assistance.

Note: Some suppliers share their names with selling channels, such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Shopify. The supported supplier list refers to where you source the product from, not the selling channel you connect to AutoDS.

Note: If there is a supplier you would like AutoDS to support, submit it through the AutoDS feature request page.

Can I automate orders from the suppliers on this list?

Not every supplier that supports product uploads in AutoDS also supports order automation. To have AutoDS place your orders automatically, your automation method must also support the supplier and its region, since Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA) and Auto-Order each have their own supported supplier list.

If your supplier is not on either list, you can still sell its products and process the orders manually.

What to check before uploading a product from a supported supplier

Once you confirm that your supplier supports product uploads, check whether the supplier ships to your country, and choose the correct warehouse region before uploading the product.

Check if your supplier ships to your country

AutoDS does not detect whether a specific product ships to a specific country. Before you upload the product, remember to verify this directly on the supplier's website.

To check whether a product can be shipped to your desired country:

  1. Go to the supplier's website.

  2. Find the product you want to sell.

  3. Check the warehouse location on the product page.

  4. Look for the "Ship to" or "Delivery to" section.

  5. Confirm the country you want to ship to is listed.

Choose the right warehouse region

The right warehouse region for a product meets three criteria. Before you upload, check that the product's warehouse region is:

  • Supported by AutoDS for that supplier: To upload a product, select a supplier and a warehouse region that AutoDS supports for that supplier. Not every region a supplier ships from is supported, so check the regions listed for your supplier in the supported suppliers list. If the product ships from a warehouse region outside that list, the upload does not go through, even when other products from the same supplier import correctly, and future orders for that product may not be processed correctly.

  • In or near the country you ship to: A warehouse close to your buyers means faster delivery and lower shipping costs. For example, if you are shipping to the United States, use United States warehouses when possible. If there is no warehouse in that country, choose the nearest one. Products from distant warehouses cost more to ship and take longer to arrive, which affects your profits and customer satisfaction.

  • Supported by your automation method: Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA) and Auto-Order have their own supported regions for each supplier, so a warehouse region supported for product uploads may not be supported for automated orders. If an order is not placed because the linked supplier or its warehouse region is not supported by your automation method, resolve the failed order from the Orders page.

Note: Once you confirm your supplier, its shipping, and its warehouse region, configure your Lister and General settings before you start uploading.

If your supplier or product is not supported

Product uploads to AutoDS are only supported for the suppliers listed above. If your supplier is not on the list, the product link does not import to AutoDS. Temu and 1688 are common examples of unsupported suppliers.

Links copied from your own store are also not supported for product uploads. Always upload products from the supplier's own product page: a link copied from your own store has no supplier attached, so AutoDS has no source to monitor its price or stock, use it for automated order fulfillment, or keep the listing synchronized.

Every product you import into AutoDS already has a supplier attached, and you can check which supplier is connected to a product after the upload.

Other ways to source products

If you want more ways to find or create products for your store, AutoDS offers several alternatives to the standard supplier-URL upload:

  • Same or similar product from a supported supplier: Search for the same or a similar product from a supported supplier and upload it from there.

  • Sourcing Service: If you do not find the product you want, the AutoDS team can search its network of suppliers and partners on your behalf for products you have already imported into AutoDS.

  • AutoDS Marketplace: A built-in, ready-to-import catalog with faster shipping, quality inspections, and discounts for AutoDS dropshippers, including products from the AutoDS Warehouse. You can browse and import products from the AutoDS Marketplace directly in your AutoDS account.

  • AutoDS Product Finding Hub: A paid add-on for product research, including Trending Products, Hand-Picked Products, Ads Spy, and TikTok Analytics, available through the AutoDS Product Finding Hub.

  • Print on Demand: create and sell your own custom-designed products, such as apparel and accessories, using Print on Demand instead of sourcing from an existing supplier catalog.

  • AutoDS Finder: Let AutoDS pick top-selling products from supported suppliers for you and import them to your store (except Amazon stores), with the option to set up recurring imports.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

I could not upload a product from Temu. Why?

Temu is not a supported supplier for product uploads in AutoDS. If you try to upload a product from a Temu link, the import does not go through. Look for the same or a similar product on a supported supplier instead.

How do I use ZikAnalytics with AutoDS?

You can use ZikAnalytics and AutoDS together by researching products in ZikAnalytics and then importing them into AutoDS for automation and fulfillment. ZikAnalytics and AutoDS are separate platforms with no automatic connection between them, so you need to transfer the product information manually.

The workflow: Research and identify profitable products in ZikAnalytics, analyze competition, demand, and pricing, then copy the supplier product URLs from your research and import them into AutoDS using any upload method, such as a single product, multiple URLs, or CSV. Once you import and publish the product to your selling channel, AutoDS monitors inventory, updates prices, and fulfills orders automatically from the supplier.

Important: When ZikAnalytics shows "Item imported," this only means the product was saved within ZikAnalytics for your research. You still need to import the supplier URL into AutoDS manually to enable monitoring and automation. If products imported from ZikAnalytics do not appear on your Drafts page even after following these steps, please let us know so our team can investigate further.

Why does a product show as unavailable when using TikTok as a supplier?

AutoDS currently supports only the US region for TikTok as a supplier, even though it appears as "TikTok ALL" in Supplier Settings. Only products from the US TikTok marketplace are supported. This includes products imported through TikTok Analytics in the Product Finding Hub, since TikTok is automatically assigned as the supplier.

TikTok, as a supplier, does not support order automation (Auto-Order or Fulfilled by AutoDS); orders must be placed manually on TikTok. If you ship orders outside the US, keep in mind that pricing and shipping times are monitored based on the US market, so actual costs and delivery times may differ. TikTok as a supplier (TikTok All in AutoDS) is different from TikTok Shop as a selling channel.

Can Shopify be used as a supplier for order automation?

Shopify is supported as a supplier for product uploads, but not for order automation via Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA) or Auto-Order. If a product's buy URL points to a Shopify store, orders from that product must be processed manually.
