eBay SellerHub reports: how to download files for AutoDS support

Step-by-step instructions to download Active Listings, Orders, Uploads, and Change files from eBay SellerHub

Introduction

Sometimes the AutoDS support team may request SellerHub report files from your eBay account to investigate issues you’ve reported. These reports help us analyze what happened with attempts to upload or update your listings when using the non-API manual version of AutoDS.

We will always ask you first for the extension logs. In some cases, we may also need specific files from eBay’s SellerHub Reports system.

What are SellerHub report files?

  • SellerHub reports are the system our extension uses to:

    • Upload listings

    • Update existing listings

    • Sync new orders

    • Add untracked listings

  • A request file contains the data AutoDS sends to eBay.

    • Example: if you upload listings, we send eBay a request file with the product details.

    • If inventory or pricing is updated, we send a request file containing those changes.

Upload and Changes files

These files appear under the Upload tab in SellerHub Reports.

  • All uploads or changes sent to eBay (price, stock, etc.) appear under Listings.

  • Each line represents either:

    • An upload file (new listing)

    • A change file (update to price/stock)

  • Each line has a reference ID at the end of the file name.

  • You can also see if the action was successful or failed.

Steps:

  1. Identify the file relevant to your issue:

    • If reporting a failed upload → look for the upload file.

    • If reporting a product not updated → look for the change file.

  2. Scroll to the right to download both the request file and response file.

  3. Send these files to your AutoDS support agent.

In some cases, the support team may provide the exact reference ID to locate. Otherwise, download all relevant files from that day and search manually.

Note: To save time, you can upload files directly instead of sending them to support.
