Introduction

The AutoDS non-API integration (also called Merchant Integration Platform – MIP non-API) allows you to connect your eBay store without using direct API permissions.

With the non-API Chrome extension (AutoDS eBay Manual Dropshipping), you can monitor untracked listings, sync orders, and keep your store connected to AutoDS safely and reliably.

How to set up the extension

Follow these steps to install and connect the extension:

  1. Download the AutoDS non-API Chrome extension. After installation, we recommend pinning the extension 📌 for quick access.
  2. Connect your store as non-API inside AutoDS and complete the setup with the extension.

Note: To synchronize untracked products (listings added directly on eBay), the extension must be active. Orders, price/stock updates, and uploads will still run even if the extension is not running.

 

 

How does the extension work?

The extension has several monitors (toggles) and functions (buttons).

  • Untracked Monitor – Syncs your active listings on eBay to AutoDS untracked listings. Helps you find unmonitored products and avoid missing sales. Runs once per hour.

  • Orders Monitor – Syncs your eBay orders to AutoDS for the last 7 days. Runs every 20 minutes.

  • Upload Monitor – Syncs reports to eBay about newly uploaded items, deletions, and changes. Runs every 20 minutes.

  • Result Monitor – Syncs reports sent back from eBay about your monitored items. Runs every 20 minutes.

  • Run Untracked Sync Now – Use if you deleted untracked products on eBay and want AutoDS to reflect those changes immediately.

  • Run Orders Sync Now – Use if some eBay orders are missing in AutoDS and you want to sync them instantly.

  • Start Upload Process – Begins the upload process. May take 15–30 minutes to reflect on eBay.

  • Start Result Update Process – Retrieves result files from eBay almost immediately after clicking.

Aditional features: 

    1. Help Center shortcut → Opens AutoDS Help Center’s non-API section.

    2. Token & email update → Updates your store’s token and email address.

    3. View logs → Opens the extension logs for troubleshooting.

     

    How to export your non-API extension logs

    There may be cases when the support team asks you to send your extension logs to solve an issue.

    What you need to send with every ticket or chat:

    • A screenshot of your extension

    • A screenshot of the extension settings showing your token

    • A CSV file of your extension logs - explained below.

    How to download a CSV of your logs

    1. Click on the bell icon in the extension to open the error logs.

    2. Click on the Export Logs button.

    3. A CSV file will be downloaded to your computer.

    4.  Send this file together with the screenshots to the support agent handling your case.


    ⚠️ Important:

    The non-API manual solution will only work as described above if you keep your computer and Chrome browser open with a stable internet connection. If one of these conditions is not met, AutoDS cannot properly monitor your products. AutoDS does not assume responsibility for monitoring your items, and the support team will not review complaints regarding orders with losses or out-of-stock products.

    For MIP integration, you don’t need to keep your computer running 24/7.
