AutoDS subscription plans and add-ons: how to choose, upgrade, and manage

Choose the plan that best fits your business needs

Introduction

AutoDS offers a variety of subscription plans tailored to different selling platforms, including eBay, Shopify, Facebook, Wix, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Etsy. Each plan is designed to meet the specific requirements of the respective platform. Choosing the right plan ensures you can scale your store efficiently and access the features you need.

Choose your subscription plan

Always subscribe directly via the  AutoDS website to ensure full access. Subscribing through external platforms (e.g., Shopify) may limit access to certain features or selling channels.

⚠️ Important: If you operate on multiple selling channels, you must purchase separate subscriptions for each channel.

  1. Selling channel selection: Choose the platform you want to manage (e.g., eBay, Shopify, Facebook).

  2. Billing cycle:

    1. Monthly plan: Recurring payments every 30 days.

    2. Annual plan: Billed upfront with a 25% discount.

  3. Plan tiers: Each plan offers different listing limits and features. Select the one that aligns best with your business needs.

⚠️ Important: The number of listings in your plan is the maximum simultaneous limit of items and variations in your store.

You can check it on Settings > Plans & Add-ons.

Example: The Import 200 plan allows up to 200 listings (including variations) at the same time.

 


 

Product variations

Product variations represent different versions of a product, based on attributes such as size, color, or model.

Example: A product with 2 attributes (Color and Size), each offering 4 options, results in 16 variations (4 sizes × 4 colors).

  • Remember to always check the attributes on the supplier's website. On Aliexpress, for example, this information will be right below the product price.

  • In AutoDS check attributes in the product’s Variants tabvariations tabs

Ensure that the total number of variations stays within your plan limit. If needed, upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

⚠️ Important: Always monitor your listing and variation usage. Upgrading in advance prevents disruptions in automation.

 


 

Upgrade or change your plan

You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

  • Upgrades: You’ll be charged the price difference between your current plan and the higher-tier plan, prorated based on the time left in your billing cycle.

  • Downgrades: The lower plan price applies from the start of your next billing cycle.

  • Changing plans during trial: If you upgrade during the trial, you’ll be charged immediately, and your trial will end. To change plans without ending your trial, please contact AutoDS Support.

  • Yearly → Monthly: To downgrade from a Yearly plan to a Monthly plan, contact AutoDS Support.

  • Refund policy: All plan changes (upgrades, downgrades), add-ons, and trial transactions are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms of Service.
