Amazon Buy Box monitoring

By default, AutoDS monitors the Amazon Buy Box — the primary listing displayed when searching for a product.

This ensures your products are linked to the most reliable sellers, minimizing shipping and quality-related issues.

 

Suppliers’ table

When a product is unavailable in the Buy Box (e.g., out of stock, not Prime-eligible, or offered by a different seller), AutoDS refers to the suppliers’ table.

Key points:

  • Only sellers with at least 80% positive feedback and 500+ ratings are considered.

  • Monitoring is limited to sellers listed on the first page of the suppliers’ list.


 

Set monitoring preferences

  1. Go to Settings > Amazon > General in your AutoDS dashboard.

  2. Choose how AutoDS should prioritize suppliers:

    • Cheapest first → Selects the lowest-priced seller.

    • Prime first → Selects Prime-eligible sellers.

  3. (Optional) Enable Prime-only if you want AutoDS to monitor only Prime sellers.

    • If the product isn’t Prime, it will be marked as On Hold to prevent potential issues.
