Etsy is a popular marketplace known for handmade, vintage, and unique goods. With AutoDS, you can streamline product management and order handling when selling on Etsy.

Before getting started, it’s important to understand which features are supported and which ones require manual setup.

Supported and unsupported features

Listing products (with variations) ✅ Variations included.
Editing or deleting products ✅ Includes stock/price monitoring, shipping method, description, and pricing.
Templates ✅ Apply templates to your products.
Orders ✅ AutoDS stores all order information.
Out-of-stock handling ⚠️ Limited Etsy does not allow out-of-stock products. When this happens, the item moves to Draft automatically.
Updating tracking numbers ❌ Must be handled directly on Etsy.
Managing untracked products ❌ Not supported.
Customer support messaging ❌ Buyer messages must be handled on Etsy.
Digital/personalized products ❌ Only physical products are supported.
Unmonitored orders ❌ Etsy do not support unmonitored orders on AutoDS.

 

 

Store policies, categories, and pricing notes 

  • Policies – AutoDS automatically selects the first available policy in your Etsy account. You can manually change it if needed.

  • Sell Price differences – The selling price shown on Etsy may differ from AutoDS because Etsy includes taxes/VAT and platform fees.

  • Etsy product category – Categories are not automatically assigned. You must manually select a category before importing the product.

  • Product collections – Products are imported under the general (uncategorized) collection in Etsy. You’ll need to sort them manually.
