NOTE

In the Marketplace, retail suppliers usually appear under the seller’s name, so the actual supplier isn’t visible. To identify the source, you’ll need to import the product to your Drafts page.
Some private suppliers might restrict their products from being listed on certain marketplaces (e.g. Wayfair, eBay). Always check for marketplace restrictions when importing items.

Step-by-Step: Find and import products

Go to the AutoDS Marketplace.
Use the filter “Supplier” → “AutoDS Suppliers” to show only verified private suppliers and warehouse items.
To identify the supplier type, check the supplier name:
If it shows a store name, it’s a Private Supplier.
If it says AutoDS Warehouse, it’s AutoDS Supplier.
Look for the “Message This Supplier” button to identify private suppliers (this is not available for regular retail suppliers).
Click the product to view details (price, shipping options), then select “Import Draft.”
On the Drafts Page, review and click “Import” to add it to your store.

Price and Stock Monitoring

To ensure accurate automation, go to your Supplier Settings after uploading a product and make sure Price and Stock Monitoring is enabled.

Regions	Enable this for each country/region where your supplier ships.

If these settings are not active, your store may display outdated or incorrect product information.

Branding Options

Gift Card Branding: You can include a gift card with your store’s logo in orders shipped by private suppliers or AutoDS Warehouse.
Full Branding (logo on product/box): Not available at the moment.
For fully branded items, consider using Print on Demand options available in AutoDS.

Returns and Refunds

To cancel, change, or return an order, go to the order page and click “Message This Supplier” (available for private suppliers).
Refunds will be credited back to your AutoDS balance once approved.
Orders fulfilled by AutoDS warehouse are managed directly within your dashboard.
