Filter orders in AutoDS: customize and save views on the Orders page

Save time and stay organized by narrowing down orders on the Orders page with tailored filters and saved presets.

Introduction

Managing many orders can become time-consuming and overwhelming. The Filter feature on AutoDS’s Orders page helps you quickly locate the exact orders you need.

With custom filters and saved views, you can filter by status, supplier, store, date, price, tags, and more — making your workflow faster and more organized.

This guide explains how to apply filters, combine them with logic, save your setups, and simplify your daily order management.

Benefits

  • Find orders faster – no more scrolling through the full page.

  • Save time – reuse saved filter combinations instead of reselecting criteria.

  • Simplify bulk actions – group orders with the same filter for easier updates.

  • Increase accuracy – focus on the exact orders you need, reducing mistakes.
