Estimated Arrival Date (ETA): how it works on AutoDS orders
Save time by checking the Estimated Arrival of an order directly on the platform instead of manually tracking on the supplier site.

Possible Issues & Workarounds
Issue | Explanation | Workaround |
---|---|---|
ETA shows an unrealistic date | Sometimes the supplier doesn’t provide a valid ETA, so the system displays a placeholder or incorrect value. |
If you see an ETA that looks wrong, submit a support ticket. Our team will verify and update it. 👉 Learn More: How to Contact an AutoDS Support Agent If the order used Auto-Order, you can also check the ETA directly in your buyer account. |
ETA passed, but status not updated | The supplier has already shipped or delivered the product, but the AutoDS order is still showing as Ordered. |
If processed via your buyer account, check directly on the supplier site. If shipped/delivered there but still “Ordered” on AutoDS, submit a ticket. If processed via FBA, contact AutoDS support. 👉 Learn More: How to Contact an AutoDS Support Agent |
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Does the Estimated Arrival update automatically?
A: Yes. AutoDS refreshes the ETA using supplier and tracking data as it becomes available.
Q: Can I manually change the Estimated Arrival Date?
A: The ETA is updated automatically by the system to ensure accuracy—it can’t be changed manually.
Q: Why is an order showing as Shipped but with no order logs?
A: For Shopify users, this happens if the order status in Shopify was set to Fulfilled before it was transferred to AutoDS. In that case, the platform simply reflects Shopify’s status. If the change happens automatically, contact Shopify support for help.
