Learn how you can remove your selected platform store account from the system

Introduction

If you no longer want to manage a store through AutoDS, you can remove it directly from your account settings. This guide explains how to delete a store and what happens once the store is removed.

⚠️ Important: Deleting a store is permanent. All settings, products, uploads, and order history linked to that store will be erased. This action cannot be undone, and no backups are available. Please double-check before proceeding.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click the pencil icon (✎) from the left menu sidebar to open your store settings.

  2. In the pop-up window, locate the store you want to delete.
  3. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the store name.
  4. Click Delete from the dropdown menu.
  5. Confirm your decision in the pop-up.

Once confirmed, the store and all its associated data will be permanently deleted from AutoDS.
