Prerequisites

Before connecting your selling channel to AutoDS, make sure you meet the following requirements:

  • Have an active subscription with your selling channel

    Each selling channel (e.g., eBay, Shopify, Amazon) requires its own active plan—this is managed separately from your AutoDS subscription.

  • Store must be fully set up and verified

    We recommend that your store be active, fully set up, and approved by the selling channel before connecting it to AutoDS. To confirm this, try uploading a product directly from the selling channel to ensure there are no blockers.

⚠️ Important: If you register via a selling channel (e.g., Shopify, Wix), your account will be restricted to only connecting stores from that specific platform.

Not sure which store to connect first?

Start with the platform where you already have active listings or the one you're most comfortable with. You can always add more stores later. AutoDS supports a multi-selling channel, allowing you to manage all your shops in one place.

 



Store already connected before

If you’ve already added the same store to another AutoDS account, you may encounter an error when trying to connect it again. This happens because the system detects that the trial period has already been used for that store.

To proceed, you have two options:

  • To connect a store that was previously linked to another AutoDS account, a subscription plan purchase is required for your new account. Even if this is your first time using the new AutoDS account, you'll need to upgrade your plan to successfully add the store.

  • If you’d like to regain access to the previous AutoDS account, follow the steps below:

If your old account was deleted:

  • Register again using the same email and password.
    Make sure to log out of any active AutoDS account before doing this.

  • Once an account is deleted, any prior trial access cannot be restored. If the account is reopened, a new paid plan must be selected, irrespective of previous trial consumption.

A: Yes, you can connect multiple selling channels to AutoDS as long as you registered through AutoDS’s official website. If you registered directly through a partner’s app store (such as Shopify or Wix), your account will be limited to connecting only that specific selling channel.

Q: Do I need a paid AutoDS plan to connect a store?
A: To connect a store, you must start with the $0.99 trial for each selling channel. This gives you access to the core platform features without committing to a full subscription right away.

Q: Can I remove or replace a store later?
A: Yes. You can manage your connected stores under the “Stores” tab in your AutoDS account. From there, you can remove, replace, or add more stores according to the plan that you choose.
