AutoDS for Suppliers: How to Edit Your Products

Update your product catalog on AutoDS by editing category, MAP, and more — individually or in bulk.

This article explains how suppliers can edit their product data inside AutoDS for Suppliers. You’ll learn how to update key fields like categories, pricing, MAP, condition, and visibility — either individually or using bulk actions.

Editing your products through AutoDS for Suppliers allows you to:

  • Improve discoverability by assigning relevant categories and tags.

  • Maintain pricing control using the MAP feature.

  • Ensure product accuracy by updating condition and availability.

  • Manage multiple listings efficiently with bulk actions.

  • Stay compliant and competitive with up-to-date listings.

Prerequisites

Before editing your products:

  • Make sure the products are already published on the marketplace.



Assign product categories

  1. Go to 'My products'→ 3 dots→ Change Category.

     

  2. And choose the new category you would like to assign to the product.

 



Manage product tags

Tags improve product visibility through search filters.

  1. Go to 'My products'→ 3 dots→ Edit tags.

  2. And add a new tag or remove the irrelevant ones anymore.


     



Edit Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

  1. Go to 'My products'→ 3 dots→ Edit MAP.

  2. Change the minimum advertising price of your existing products by %.

Set product condition

  1. Go to 'My products'→ 3 dots→ Edit product condition.
  2. Change the product's condition to New/Used.



Activate or deactivate listings

  1. Go to 'My products' page and select whether to activate or deactivate the product. 

     

NOTE:  An item will be automatically deactivated from the marketplace if it is significantly changed (for example, price change to 0, no description, no image, no quantity in stock).




Apply bulk actions

  1. Navigate to the Products page.

  2. Select multiple listings using the checkboxes.

  3. Click the Bulk Actions button.

  4. Choose the field you want to update (e.g., MAP, category).

  5. Review and confirm your changes.

Changes not saving Check if all mandatory fields are filled.
Category not available

Use the closest matching category. If needed, contact support through the platform by clicking on the conversation icon in the bottom right corner of your page and filling out the form. Then, a ticket will be created.

Product not deactivating Ensure it's not locked by moderation or sync processes.
MAP not showing Refresh or re-enter the value using correct format.
