AutoDS for Suppliers: Configure your account and details

Learn how to update your account information and supplier description in AutoDS.

Introduction

To set up your account and supplier details, go to Settings → Account & Supplier.

On this page, you will be required to complete the information needed for AutoDS to review your account and for dropshippers to recognize you as a supplier.

Details are divided into two sections: Account details and Supplier description.

Account Details

# Field Description
1 Username Your login email to the AutoDS Suppliers platform.
2 Contact first and last name Update your name.
3 Contact email By default, your login email will appear here. Update this field if you prefer suppliers or AutoDS to contact you using a different email.
4 Contact phone number Your phone number (not shown to retailers). AutoDS requires this in case direct contact is needed.
5 Company name The official name of your company.
6 Date of establishment The date your company was founded. This is the date your company claims as its starting point.

Supplier Description

# Field Description
1 Website Provide your store’s marketing website. If you don’t have one, share the store URL on the main e-commerce platform where you sell.
2 Products source

Indicate where you purchase your products (e.g., warehouse, manufacturer, dropshipping). This is a dropdown list where you can select multiple sources.

3 Where are your products manufactured

Select the product manufacturing locations. This is a dropdown list where you can select multiple options.

4 Amount of SKU

Enter the number of unique SKUs in your store. Each product variation has its own SKU. This field is required for the initial application process but does not need to be updated later.

SKU is short for stock keeping unit which is used by retailers to identify and track its inventory or stock. An SKU is a unique code consisting of letters and numbers that identify characteristics of each product, such as manufacturer, brand, style, color, and size. 

5 On what other selling platforms do you sell your products

Indicate additional selling platforms. This is a dropdown list where you can select multiple platforms.

6 Warehouse address Provide the address of your warehouse.
7 VAT number Add your business VAT number.
