How to change your AutoDS account email or password

⚠️ Important: If you registered to AutoDS through Google login—there is no option to change the email or password.

 

 

How to reset your password

To recover access to your account in case you forgot your password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the AutoDS website.
  2. Click on Sign In.
  3. Select Password Help?

  4. Enter the email address you used during registration.

  5. Click Reset Password.

You will receive an email with a link to verify and set a new password. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the reset.

 


 

Change email or password in your AutoDS account

Both actions—changing your email or your password—are done from the same section: Settings > Account & Billing.

Steps to change your email

  1. Click on Change Email.

  2. A pop-up window will appear.

  3. Enter your new email address.

  4. Re-enter your new email to confirm.

  5. Click Change Email.

Steps to change your password

  1. Click on Change Password.

  2. A pop-up window will appear.

  3. Enter your current password.

  4. Enter your new password.

  5. Confirm the new password by typing it again.

  6. Click Save Password.

Q: What if I signed up with Google and want to change my email or password?

A: It’s not possible to change your credentials if your account was created using Google login.  This is why we always recommend creating your AutoDS account directly using an email and password.

If you'd like to switch to an email-based account, you can create a new one and request an account transfer. For that, click the conversation button in your AutoDS dashboard and select Account Settings to proceed with the request.

Q: I didn’t receive the password reset email. What should I do?

A: Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, make sure you entered the correct email address and try again.

Q: Can I update my credentials from the AutoDS mobile app?

A: These updates are currently supported only on the web version.
