Note: All imported products will use the settings you’ve defined in your Supplier Settings for each supplier and region.
We recommend reviewing and finalizing your preferences before importing, as any changes made to Supplier Settings will only apply to future uploads, not products you’ve already imported.
Getting Started
1. Download and enable the AutoDS Helper Chrome Extension
2. Log in to your AutoDS account
If you signed up using Google login, make sure to use the Google option when logging in. This ensures your account connects correctly.
Steps to Import Products
Publish to Store
By default, products are added as Drafts. If you want to publish directly to your store:
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the extension.
- Change the setting from “Draft to Store” to “Publish to Store.”
- Update the setting to apply it.
Search and Import Products
3. Select the stores you want to import products to. You can choose more than one at the same time.
4. Choose the suppliers you want to search and import from.
5. Select the shipping region (“Ships From”) you want products to come from.
6. Enter the product keyword in the search bar (e.g., headphones).
7. Click "Search Now".
The extension will open all the supplier websites in new tabs automatically.
Importing Products
To import a single product, simply click the “+” button on the product image while browsing the supplier’s site.
To import multiple products at once:
- Click the AutoDS Helper icon (DS logo) on the page.
- A table will appear with all the detected products.
- Use the checkboxes to select multiple items, then click + Import.
Amazon Stores
Bulk import is only supported for Amazon stores when using Amazon as the supplier. This is because Amazon stores require an ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number) for each product.
What is an ASIN? It’s a unique 10-character code used by Amazon to identify and manage products across its platform.
If you try to bulk import using a non-Amazon supplier, you’ll see this message:
“You can use bulk import for Amazon stores only when importing products from an Amazon supplier.”
Workaround: Import Single Products
If you’re using a non-Amazon supplier, you can still import single products:
-
Click the “+” button on the supplier website with the extension enabled.
-
Find the product you want to sell on Amazon.
-
Copy the ASIN from:
-
The product URL (e.g., amazon.com/dp/B07...)
-
Or the Product Details section on the Amazon listing.
-
-
Paste the ASIN into the extension to complete the import.
This method allows you to list products in your Amazon store, even when the supplier is not Amazon.
Steps to copy and paste the buyer's address (for manual orders)
This feature helps users copy buyer addresses directly from the AutoDS Orders page and paste them into supplier checkout forms when fulfilling orders manually. It speeds up the process and reduces typing errors.
