AutoDS Helper (Chrome Extension): One-click importer and buyer address copier for dropshipping

Import products in seconds and copy buyer addresses with ease using the AutoDS Helper Chrome Extension.

Introduction

This article explains how to use the AutoDS Helper Chrome Extension — a powerful tool designed to help you quickly import products from supported suppliers and simplify the manual order fulfillment process with features like buyer address copy-paste.

Whether you’re importing products, fulfilling orders manually, or managing multiple Amazon Stores, the extension helps you save time and work more efficiently.

Benefits

  • Import products from multiple suppliers in just a few clicks.

  • Save time by grabbing items in bulk directly from search result pages.

  • Use with multiple suppliers through a unified interface.

  • Import products to multiple stores at the same time, streamlining your workflow across different sales channels from our supported suppliers.

  • Copy buyer shipping addresses directly from AutoDS and paste them on checkout pages of suppliers like eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, and Walmart.

  • Streamline manual orders and reduce fulfillment errors with one-click address copy and paste.

Prerequisites

  • Google Chrome browser

  • AutoDS Helper Chrome Extension installed [Download here]

  • AutoDS account

Note: All imported products will use the settings you’ve defined in your Supplier Settings for each supplier and region.

We recommend reviewing and finalizing your preferences before importing, as any changes made to Supplier Settings will only apply to future uploads, not products you’ve already imported.

Getting Started

1. Download and enable the AutoDS Helper Chrome Extension

2. Log in to your AutoDS account

If you signed up using Google login, make sure to use the Google option when logging in. This ensures your account connects correctly.

Amazon Stores

Bulk import is only supported for Amazon stores when using Amazon as the supplier. This is because Amazon stores require an ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number) for each product.

What is an ASIN? It’s a unique 10-character code used by Amazon to identify and manage products across its platform.

If you try to bulk import using a non-Amazon supplier, you’ll see this message:
“You can use bulk import for Amazon stores only when importing products from an Amazon supplier.”

Workaround: Import Single Products

If you’re using a non-Amazon supplier, you can still import single products:

  1. Click the “+” button on the supplier website with the extension enabled.

  2. Find the product you want to sell on Amazon.

  3. Copy the ASIN from:

    • The product URL (e.g., amazon.com/dp/B07...)

    • Or the Product Details section on the Amazon listing.

  4. Paste the ASIN into the extension to complete the import.

This method allows you to list products in your Amazon store, even when the supplier is not Amazon.

Steps to copy and paste the buyer's address (for manual orders)

This feature helps users copy buyer addresses directly from the AutoDS Orders page and paste them into supplier checkout forms when fulfilling orders manually. It speeds up the process and reduces typing errors.

Supported suppliers

You can use the Paste feature on the following suppliers:

  • eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, Walmart
More channels may be added soon.

Step 1: Copy the buyer's address from AutoDS

To copy a buyer’s address:

  1. Go to your Orders Page in AutoDS

  2. Click Edit next to the order

  3. Click the Copy Address button

  4. Choose one of the two options from the dropdown:

    • Copy only address: copies name, street, city, postal code, and country

    • Copy address + phone: includes the phone number as well

  5. A success message confirms that the Helper Extension saves the data temporarily.

Step 2. Paste the address into the supplier checkout page

  1. Go to the supplier website where you’re placing the order

  2. At checkout, click the Paste button provided by the AutoDS Helper Extension
Make sure the correct fields are visible on the checkout page before clicking Paste.

  3. The extension automatically fills in the shipping details using the saved address

NOTE:

  • The Paste button auto-fills all address fields.

  • It works only if you previously copied the address from AutoDS.

  • An error message will appear if no valid data is available in the clipboard.
