The switch is done directly in your Settings → Supplier Settings → Orders.
-
If both boxes are checked, your orders are processed automatically by the FBA service.

If only the second box is checked, you are sending orders manually to FBA.
-
AutoDS will apply the changes to all future automated orders and products. Existing orders keep the settings active at the time of processing.

No Pending or In Order Progress status
If no orders are in Pending or In Order Progress, either:
-
All orders have already been fulfilled by AutoDS.
-
You have no orders at all.
-
You changed your order details after it was already placed.
In this case, simply ensure the Fulfilled by AutoDS Service is disabled. Future orders will automatically use Auto-Order.
Pending status
Orders show as Pending if they were manually changed to that status or if automation was disabled.
To switch a Pending order to Auto-Order:
-
Disable Fulfilled by AutoDS Service in your settings.
-
On the Orders Page, locate the order in Pending.
-
From the status dropdown, select Send to Auto-Order.
In Order Progress
Yellow “In Order Progress” status
Means the order is queued for processing.
At this stage, you can still cancel the automation.
To switch:
-
From the dropdown next to the order, select Cancel Auto-Order.
-
Once it moves to Pending, disable the Fulfilled by AutoDS Service in settings.
-
Resend the order to automation via your buyer account.
White “In Order Progress” status
Means processing has already begun. The item may or may not have been ordered.
Canceling at this stage usually does not stop FBA processing.
If switched to Cancel Auto-Order, the system may only prevent the order from being marked as “Ordered.” However, it could still be completed via FBA.
In this situation:
-
Wait until the order either completes or fails.
-
If it completes successfully, it cannot be canceled.
-
If it fails, disable the FBA option in settings and resend the order via your buyer account.
Ordered
-
Once marked as Ordered, the order cannot be canceled or switched.
-
You can only ensure that future orders are routed via your buyer account by disabling FBA in settings.
⚠️ Important: If the order was refunded or returned, confirm the process is complete before resending to automation.
Editing an active FBA order (Buy Order ID, Buyer Account) may also remove eligibility for refunds.
