Orders page
-
Go to the Orders Page from your AutoDS dashboard.
-
Use the checkboxes next to each order to select the ones you want to update, or click Select All to choose all visible orders.
💡 Use filters to quickly find specific orders you want to edit. How Can I Filter My Orders?
-
Click the ✎ (Edit) icon at the top of the list to open the bulk edit menu.
-
In the pop-up, choose the new status you want to apply to the selected orders.
The available options are:# Option Description 1 Send to Auto Order Send pending orders to automation in bulk. 2 Pending Stop automation by marking orders as pending. 3 Ordered Mark orders as “Ordered” if placed manually (without Auto Order). 4 Shipped Mark orders as “Shipped” in bulk. 5 Delivered Mark orders as “Delivered” in bulk. 6 Canceled Cancel orders in bulk.
⚠️ This also cancels the order on the selling channel.
- Click “Update” to apply the changes. A confirmation message will appear—once it disappears, your updates have been successfully applied.
⚠️ Important
Automation: If you’ve chosen to use automation — whether FBA or Auto-Order — do not manually change the order status from Pending, Ordered, or Shipped. This will interrupt the automation process, and your order may not be fulfilled correctly.
Please take a look at the full explanations of each status here.
