Troubleshooting: Tracking Numbers do not Automatically Update

This article explains AutoDS V2 (2021), our newer version supporting drop-shipping to eBay and Shopify. If the images you see do not match the ones on your account, it means you are using the current version (V1). Check out this link for the article relevant to you

Assuming you have set your account to work with the automation of the order, tracking numbers should be updated in your order every 6 hours. When a tracking number is not updated automatically to your manual or automatic order (=AO) you need to check the error message you will get in the order. 


Note: Automatic update of tracking numbers is supported for Amazon and Aliexpress. 

Tracking numbers will also be updated to Walmart and Homedepot as part of the Fulfiled by AutoDS service only. 


Here is the most common error: 

Could not get a verification email from connected email account 500

That means that our system could not get the email from your forwarded Gmail and pull out the tracking number sent from the supplier.

You need to make sure that: 

1. You have indeed forwarded the emails. You can learn how to do it in this helpful article

2. That you have indeed received an email from the source site informing the item was shipped to the buyer and tracking was provided.
