A full explanation about each order status
Here are the different statutes your order can have:
Pending - Orders in pending status means you do not work with the full automation. Your orders are waiting for you on a Pending status until you order them manually (you can use our extension to save time - read more here) or send them to the auto ordering process (you will have to have the order processor and setting it properly - read about it more here )
Here's how you can do it:
Ordered - Your order was placed at the source site (by the automation or manually by you). Once you get shipping info, the order can be changed by you or the automatic system to Shipped.
Shipped - Your order was shipped to the buyer and a tracking number was updated automatically if you have the Orders' Processor's subscription. If you do not, it will be changed to 'Shipped' when you manually update the tracking number. The next status will be Delivered.
Delivered- The order was delivered to your buyer. This is will be updated by you manually if you do not use the automation or automatically by the system if you do use it.
Canceled - The buyer asked to cancel the order, or you wish to cancel it - Once you click on this option, you will need to decide if you want it to be canceled only on AutoDS or cancel it within the selling platform in addition to AutoDS.
1. Check this option if you wish to cancel it on the selling platform as well.
2. If you decide to cancel it on the selling platform, you will need to select a reason for it.
If you cancel it only within AutoDS, you can skip this stage.
3. Click 'Update' to save your changes.
Important note ❗️
- If you are using eBay as a selling channel, you might encounter the order status 'Awaiting payment'.
This occurs when the buyer has not yet paid on eBay.
- If you are using Aliexpress as a supplier and use the automation of the order, you might see additional status called 'Payment revision'.
Click here to learn more about this status. -
This is what your selling channel will display at each stage of the order process.
