Whether you're scaling your business or adjusting your budget, AutoDS allows you to change your subscription plan quickly and easily. This guide walks you through the step-by-step process of upgrading or downgrading your current plan so you can continue using AutoDS according to your needs.

Upgrade Charges

You’ll be charged the price difference between your current plan and the higher-tier plan, prorated based on your remaining billing cycle.

Downgrade Charges

The new (lower) plan price will apply starting from your next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Upgrades and downgrades are non-refundable, including add-ons and trial payments, as stated in our Terms of Service.

Listing Limit

Your plan’s listing capacity refers to the total number of active products and their variations in your store, not a monthly limit.

Variations are calculated by multiplying all available options.  Example: 3 sizes × 3 colors = 9 variations.

Changing Plans During Trial

If you upgrade during the trial, you’ll be charged immediately and your trial will end. To change plans without ending your Trial, please contact AutoDS Support.



 

Step-by-step Guide

  1. Go to your AutoDS Account > Settings

  2. Click Plans & Add-ons

  3. Review and click Upgrade Plan next to your desired subscription tier.

    ✅ Tip: If you don’t see your preferred plan listed, click Pick the right package for you to open a dropdown menu with all available plans.

  4. Select your preferred billing cycle — Annual (25% off) or Monthly — and then choose your plan.
  5. Review and Confirm. A pop-up will display:

    • The upgrade cost

    • Your current payment method (you can change it before confirming)

    Confirm your selection, and your plan will be updated!

Q: Can I switch plans at any time?
A: Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. However, if you are currently on a trial, upgrading your plan will immediately charge you the full price of the new plan and end your trial early. To change plans without ending your trial, please contact AutoDS Support for assistance.

Q: Will I lose any data if I downgrade?
A: No, your data will remain intact. However, you may lose access to certain features. Please review the feature list for each plan here.

Q: Will I be charged when I upgrade or downgrade?
A: Upgrades: You’ll be charged the price difference between your current plan and the higher-tier plan, prorated based on the time left in your billing cycle. Downgrades: No immediate charge. The lower price applies at the start of your next billing cycle.
