Return request using your Buyer Account

This article will be a guide to how to process a return using your buyer account

Certain return requests cannot be processed by our Fulfilled by AutoDS service, this is

to ensure the safety of our accounts and the seamless service we offer in FBA, Amazon items return requests under 10$ cannot be processed, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

You still have the option to do the return request on your own, using your buyer account. 
Here's how:

  • You will get different options for different items you are trying to return, this guide will only serve as a reference on how it should look and work using your buyer account. 
  • The refund will be issued to your buyer account as an Amazon gift card, which you can use for future orders. 

To process the return, please use your account to return the item as a gift.

You need to insert the order ID: Order number (with dashes) then click search. 

It will show you the specific item you want to return.
 


Choose the reason why you want to process a return for your item, and a drop-down menu will appear for you to select to proceed. 


You need to choose the current state of the package you want to return, you will have the option to choose from the drop-down. 


Then, you can choose the return option and send a shipping label to your buyer.

 

 


Note 📝


If you choose Pickup, you must change the address at the top to your buyer’s address; the courier will need to pick up your item correctly.


For this option only you need to change the address.
