AutoDS emails not received: how to fix in 3 steps
Ensure AutoDS emails reach your inbox by whitelisting our address in Gmail and adjusting your spam settings.
Introduction
Sometimes important AutoDS emails — such as updates on your support tickets — may not reach your inbox because email providers mistakenly filter them as spam or block them for security reasons.

Why emails may not arrive
Email providers like Gmail, Outlook.com, and Yahoo! Mail use filters to protect you from phishing, scams, and spam. Occasionally, these filters block legitimate emails, preventing AutoDS updates and replies from reaching your inbox.
To avoid this, you can mark AutoDS as a safe sender so your email provider always delivers our messages to your inbox.
How to make sure AutoDS emails reach your Gmail inbox
Step 1: Add AutoDS email to your contacts
-
Sign in to your Gmail account at gmail.com.
-
Click the Google Apps icon (top-right corner).
-
Open Contacts.
-
Click Create contact.
-
Add support@autods.com and save the contact.
Note: Gmail usually prioritizes emails from your contacts, so this often resolves the issue immediately.
Step 2: Mark messages as “Not spam”
If Gmail has already filtered AutoDS emails into the Spam folder:
-
Go to your Spam folder.
-
Search for emails from support@autods.com.
-
Select the messages.
-
Click More → Not spam.
This tells Gmail our emails are safe and ensures future messages arrive in your inbox.
Step 3: Create a filter to never send to spam
-
Click the Gear icon → See all settings.
-
Go to the Filters and blocked addresses tab.
-
Click Create a new filter.
-
In the From field, enter either:
-
support@autods.com
-
or the domain:
autods.com
-
-
Click Create filter.
-
Select Never send it to spam.
-
Click Create filter again to save.
💡 Tip: You can also whitelist all emails from a domain by entering it in the “From” field. To whitelist group emails, enter the group address in the “To” field.
