Introduction
The Products and Drafts pages in AutoDS provide centralized control over your dropshipping inventory. The Products page displays all active listings in your store, while the Drafts page allows you to review and customize products before they go live. Both pages share similar features and tools, giving you complete flexibility to manage your listings efficiently from one central location.
By understanding how these pages work, you can maintain better oversight of your inventory, apply bulk updates, and ensure all product information is accurate before publishing to your selling channels.
Benefits
Centralized control: View and manage all store products and drafts in one place.
Time-saving workflows: Apply bulk actions to update multiple items at once without opening each product individually.
Review before publishing: Edit titles, images, pricing, policies, and more on drafts before they go live.
Flexible filters: Find specific products or drafts quickly using powerful filtering options across multiple criteria.
Better oversight: Maintain tighter control over price, stock, listing settings, and product accuracy.
Avoid publishing errors: Ensure all product information is accurate and optimized before listings appear in your store.
Tips for effective product management
The following tips can help you manage your products and drafts more effectively in AutoDS:
Regularly monitor listings: Keep an eye on stock levels and sales performance to make timely adjustments.
Use filters strategically: Combine multiple filters to pinpoint specific groups of products for targeted actions.
Leverage bulk actions: Save time by updating multiple listings simultaneously instead of individually.
Customize your view: Adjust the displayed columns to focus on the most relevant information for your workflow.
Review drafts before publishing: Take advantage of the Drafts page to ensure all product information is accurate and optimized.
Upload as drafts first: For multi-variant products, upload them as drafts first, then edit them before publishing to your selling channel.
Always edit via AutoDS: Never make changes directly on your selling platform, as AutoDS will not track those changes.
Products page overview
The Products page serves as your central hub for managing all active listings across your connected selling channels. This page provides comprehensive visibility into your inventory status, performance metrics, and listing details.
To access the Products page:
Go to your AutoDS account.
Click Products in the left-hand menu to open the Products page and view all listed items.
How to manage your Products page
The Products page provides several actions to help you manage your listings efficiently. Each one is described below:
Action | Description |
Add Filter | Filter your product listings by criteria such as status, supplier, store, price, tags, and more. |
Select Items | Use the checkboxes to select one or multiple products. Click the checkbox at the top of the list to select all visible items in your current view. |
Bulk Edit | Apply edits to multiple selected products at once, such as price, title, shipping method, and monitoring settings. See the Bulk changes for products or drafts section for the full list of available options. |
Bulk Delete | Delete multiple selected products at once. |
Bulk AI Rewrite | Optimize the titles and descriptions of multiple selected products using AI. |
View History | Track changes made to your products. |
Customize columns (|||) | Adjust which columns are displayed in your product table. See the Customize your table view section to learn more. |
Products table view
The Products page displays your listings in a list view, with each row representing a product. The columns in each row provide essential details to help you manage your listings effectively and make informed decisions. In the table below, we describe each column:
Column | Description |
Name | Product title and image. |
Uploaded | Date the product was added to AutoDS. |
Request Sourcing | Button to request the AutoDS Sourcing Service or sourcing status. |
Variations | The Variations column on the Products Page shows the current status of product variants (Available, On Hold, or Out of Stock/OOS Days). We explain them in the next section.
The platform also displays the number of product variants in each status, as shown in the image below. |
Total | Number of product variants listed. |
OOS Days | Days the product has been out of stock at the supplier. For multi-variant items, counts from the oldest variant that went OOS. |
Price | Selling price range across product variants. |
Profit | Profit range based on source cost, fees, and sale price. |
Item ID | Identifiers from the source and selling platforms. |
Sold | Total units sold. |
DWS (Days Without Sales) | Days since the product last sold. |
Store Name | Your connected store where the item is listed. |
Asin (Amazon stores) | Product's ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number). |
Views | Number of views (eBay only). |
Watchers | Number of watchers (eBay only). |
Days Left | Remaining days before an eBay listing ends. |
Tags | Custom tags are used for sorting and filtering. |
Variants statuses
The Variations column on the Products page shows the current status of each product's variants (available, on hold, or out of stock) and helps you track their availability and syncing. Statuses reflect the latest monitoring scan from the source site together with your configured settings.
For each status displayed in the Variations column, AutoDS shows a number indicating how many variants of that product are currently in that status. The Total column, next to the Variations column, displays the total number of variants for the product across all statuses.
In the table below, we explain each one of these product variant statuses:
Status | Description |
Available | The product is in stock on the supplier's website. It meets your AutoDS settings (pricing, shipping, stock monitoring). It stays live and listed in your store. |
On Hold | The product is available at the source. It doesn't match one or more of your configured settings/filters (e.g., price limits, shipping time, policies). AutoDS pauses listing/monitoring until the setting is adjusted. |
Out of Stock (OOS) | Displays how many products or variants are out of stock on the supplier site based on the latest scan. AutoDS sets the item to OOS in your store and removes it from live listings to protect performance.
If you hover your cursor above the "out of stock" status, you can see more details regarding the reason.
We recommend reading our dedicated article on product monitoring to understand how this process works in AutoDS and how you can manage it. Click here to access it. |
Note: Even if a product has an on hold or out of stock (oos) statuses, you should still be able to click it and edit it. If you are unable to click and edit your products, please let us know so our agents can investigate it.
Stock quantity on the Products page
The Variations column on the Products Page in AutoDS does not show how many units are available at the supplier. It shows how many product variants currently have stock available.
For example:
If a product has:
3 colors (Black, Blue, Red).
2 sizes (S and M).
This creates 6 possible variations. If all 6 variations are in stock at the supplier, the Variations column will display “6”. This means 6 variations are available, not that there are 6 total units in stock.
AutoDS does not display the exact number of units available for each variation. To check the specific quantity, you must open the product directly on the supplier’s website.
Tip: Some suppliers display stock quantities clearly (e.g., "47 available"), while others only show "In Stock" or "Out of Stock" without specific numbers. The information displayed on their website depends on what the supplier chooses to show.
Customize your table view
AutoDS allows you to customize the table view of your Products page, enabling you to focus on the information most relevant to your business. By customizing the table view, you can streamline your workflow and manage your listings more efficiently.
Focus on key metrics: Display only the data you need, such as Profit, Views, and Stock Status.
Simplify your view: Reduce clutter by hiding less relevant columns.
Organize with tags: Use the Tags column to categorize products, making inventory management easier.
Important: Customizing the Products table view affects only how you see the page in AutoDS. It does not change product data or impact your connected selling channels.
To customize the table view of your Products Page:
Click the three lines (|||) icon in the Products Page to customize which columns appear on your Products page.
From the dropdown menu, select the columns you want to display. The options displayed are: Product Name, Uploaded, Sourcing Request, Product Variants, OOS (Out of Stock) days, Price, Profit, Item ID, Sold, Days without sale, Store, Asin (Amazon stores), Views, Watchers, Days left, Tags, and Collections.
Enable or disable the toggle switches to hide or show each column.
Reorder the columns to create a view that suits your needs.
Click Update to apply and save your layout preferences.
Tip: To improve navigation, keep only the most relevant columns visible (e.g., Profit, Views, Stock Status). If you're selling on Shopify, you can use Tags to categorize products for faster filtering.
To learn more about the Products page, you can also watch this video guide that provides a complete walkthrough of all functionalities.
Drafts page overview
The Drafts page in AutoDS allows you to review, edit, and customize products before they go live in your store. By working with drafts, you gain full control over your listings and can avoid publishing errors or incomplete information.
Whether you upload products manually or via AutoDS automation (FBA or Auto-Order), the Drafts page lets you polish each listing before it goes live.
To access the Drafts page:
Access your AutoDS account.
Click Drafts in the left-hand menu.
The page will display all products you've added to AutoDS that haven't been published yet.
Note: Drafts are created whenever you import products and select Edit Now (Quick Now). Keep in mind that products in Drafts may show inaccurate stock or price information, as monitoring only begins after they are imported.
How to manage your drafts page
The Drafts page provides various actions to help you manage your draft listings efficiently.
For each draft, you can see the destination store, internal notes, selected supplier, variant count, and access to view the source product to check the product on the source site, as shown in the image.
In the table below, we list every action you can do inside the drafts page with its respective description:
Action | Description |
Add Filter | Filter drafts by tag, supplier, or upload date. |
Select Items | You can use the checkboxes to select one or multiple drafts for bulk actions. |
Bulk Edit | Apply edits to multiple selected drafts (price, title, policies). |
Remove from List | Delete drafts. |
Import All | Publish all selected drafts at once. |
Bulk AI Rewrite | Optimize titles and descriptions with AI. |
Schedule Listings | Plan a date/time for drafts to publish automatically. |
View History | Track changes made to a draft. |
Expand/Collapse All | Quickly preview multiple drafts. |
Access tabs: Drafts, Schedule, and Recurring
When you access the Drafts page in AutoDS, you will see three different tabs: Drafts, Schedule, and Recurring. Each one refers to the import method you selected when uploading your product.
In the table below, we explain each one:
Item | Description |
Drafts tab | The main tab where you can view and work on all your drafts. |
Scheduled tab | |
Recurring tab | Displays recurring uploads you've set using the AutoDS Finder. |
More actions for each draft
When viewing the Drafts tab, click the ⋮ icon next to any draft to access the following options:
Schedule listing: Plan a date and time for the draft to be published automatically to your store.
Delete draft: Remove the draft permanently from your Drafts page.
Import reviews with Judge.me: Import product reviews directly into your listing. This option is available only for Shopify stores. Read more about it here.
Go viral with TikTok Ads: Create and manage TikTok advertising campaigns for your product on one of the leading global platforms for social commerce and impulse buying.
Create a sample order: Place a test order for the draft product.
The Enhance with AI button allows you to use AutoDS AI tools to optimize your product page before publishing. Click here to learn more about the available AI tools.
Once you have reviewed and edited your draft, click + Import to publish the product to your store.
Editing products and drafts
The edit view in AutoDS works the same way for drafts and published products. Whether you are preparing a listing before publishing or updating a product that is already live, you access the same editing structure.
To open the edit view for a draft:
Go to the Drafts page in your AutoDS account.
Click the arrow icon next to the product photo to expand its Edit View.
Navigate through the different tabs to update product details.
Make your changes in the relevant fields.
Click Save to apply your edits.
To open the edit view for a published product:
Go to the Products page in your AutoDS account.
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the product and select Edit, or simply click the product image.
The edit modal will open with all product information.
At the top of the edit view, you will find:
Product name.
Store name.
Internal notes.
Destination, which shows your connected store and is clickable
Supplier, which is clickable and opens the supplier’s product page directly.
Just below the header, there is a section with all available AI tools for that product. Click here to learn more about the AutoDS AI tools.
When editing a product or draft in AutoDS, you can update product details across the following tabs:
Product.
Product Page or Description.
Variants.
Images.
Item Specifications.
Some fields and tabs may vary depending on your selling channel.
Product-level vs. Variant-level editing
There are two levels of product editing in AutoDS: product-level and variant-level.
Product level: Changes that apply to the entire listing, such as title, category, description, shipping methods, monitoring, and business policies.
Variant level: Changes that apply only to a specific variation, such as price adjustments, profit margins, automation rules, quantity, supplier ID, and warehouse.
To edit variant-specific settings, go to the Variants tab and click Edit next to the relevant variant.
Product tab
When editing a product, the Product tab is where you update the main details of your listing. Here is what you can edit:
Title: The name of your product as it appears in your store. Click Optimize Title With AI to generate a more searchable version automatically.
Collections: Group your products into a collection to keep your store organized. This field appears only for Shopify, Wix, and WooCommerce stores.
Category (eBay): Assign the correct eBay category to your listing. Selecting the right category improves search visibility and helps buyers find your product.
Tags: Internal labels you add to your products to make them easier to find and filter inside AutoDS. These do not appear in your store.
Shipping methods: Choose the shipping option for this product. You can pick from the predefined options saved in your Supplier Settings, or use Dynamic Policies if you have set those up.
Brand: The brand name for the product. Some selling channels require this field before you can publish.
Country location and zip code: Sets the product origin and zip code to match eBay requirements and ensure correct shipping calculations.
Monitoring: Turn Stock Monitoring and Price Monitoring on or off for this specific product. When enabled, AutoDS automatically updates your listing if the supplier changes the price or the item goes out of stock.
Business policies (eBay API stores only): View and edit the shipping, payment, and return policies assigned to your product. For eBay non-API (MIP) stores, only the policies configured directly in your eBay seller account will apply. The Dynamic Policies feature is not available for eBay non-API (MIP) stores.
Auto-Order toggle: Auto-ordering (automation) is enabled by default for all products. You can choose to disable specific products from being placed automatically. For auto-ordering to work, you need to join the FBA service or add a buyer account.
Product page or description tab
When editing a product, the Product Page or Description tab is where you manage the content displayed on your listing's product page.
Templates (eBay stores only): Select a saved template to apply to this product. Click here to learn more about product templates.
Description: Edit the descriptive text of your product using the available formatting tools. You can also click Enhance with AI to improve the content automatically using the AutoDS AI tools. Click here to learn more about how AI tools can help you optimize your product descriptions.
You can manually insert images into your draft or products by editing their descriptions. Just place the cursor where you want the image to appear, then click the image icon in the toolbar.
A new window will open with the image properties, but the URL (image link) is the only mandatory one. We recommend only adjusting the settings you are familiar with.
Note: To copy an image address, open the supplier's product page (e.g., Amazon), click on the image you want, right-click, and select Copy Image Address.
Variants tab
When you access the edit panel of a product, the Variants tab shows all product variants and is where you manage individual variant details.
For each variant, you can see:
Stock status.
Buy ID.
Price.
A delete icon to remove the variant.
An Edit button to configure the variant individually.
At the bottom of the variants list, click Add variant button to open a new window where you need to add:
Variant URL or ID from the supplier.
Supplier name.
Warehouse Region.
Edit variation options button: shows the shared attributes of all product variants. AutoDS organizes these attributes using Key and Value fields.
Key refers to the attribute type, such as Color or Size.
Value refers to the options within each key, such as Red, Blue, or Small, Large.
These attributes are shared across all product variants and define the listing's variation structure.
Important:
Products in AutoDS must be edited variant by variant for individual settings. For changes that apply to multiple variants at once, you can use the Bulk Edit feature. However, Bulk Edit supports only specific types of modifications. The available bulk actions and their limitations are explained in the section below.
When adding a new variant to a product, ensure its attributes (key and value) match the structure used by the existing variants on that product. If they do not match, it may cause errors in your listing.
Edit a product variant individually
To edit a product variant:
Go to Products.
Click Edit on the product.
Open the Variants tab.
Click Edit next to the specific variant.
A panel will open with two tabs: Product and General. They are explained below.
Variant product tab
The Product tab inside the variant panel is used for pricing and automation settings that apply only to the selected variant.
You can configure:
Buy price: This field is not editable. The Buy Price is updated automatically by AutoDS through Price Monitoring scans from the supplier.
Fees % and fees $: Set fee percentages or fixed amounts for this variant individually, overriding your global Pricing Settings. Click here to learn more about pricing settings and fee management.
Additional profit % and profit $: Set the profit margin for this variant individually, also overriding your global settings.
Automation: Assign a repeated pricing action to this variant, such as a price drop or price raise, to stay competitive and generate more sales.
Include shipping price: Enable this to include the shipping cost in the variant's price calculation. Click here to learn more about the Include Shipping Price setting.
Round cents: Round prices to the nearest dollar or remove cents from the displayed price. Click here to learn more about Round Cents and Compare Price settings.
Compare Price (Shopify only): Enable or disable the Compare Price feature for this specific variant.
Note:
Because these settings directly affect your profit margins and selling price, make sure you review them carefully before making changes.
The Sell Price is calculated automatically by AutoDS based on your configured profit margins and fees. When you change any of the settings above, AutoDS recalculates the Sell Price automatically. Editing these settings on an individual variant overrides the default settings configured in Settings > Supplier Settings > Pricing for that specific variant only.
Variant general tab
The General tab inside the variant panel is used to manage specifications and supplier-related information for the selected variant.
You can edit:
Attributes: The variant's specific attribute values, such as the color or size assigned to this variant.
Quantity: Set the default item quantity for this variant. As long as the product is in stock at the supplier, the quantity will remain at this default value even after a sale.
Specifications: Physical details such as weight and dimensions.
Buy ID: The supplier's product ID for this variant. You can update this field if the supplier changes the variant's ID or URL.
Supplier and warehouse: The source and warehouse region assigned to this variant.
UPC: A unique Universal Product Code for this variant. AutoDS assigns a UPC automatically to newly uploaded products, but you can edit it here with your own code if needed.
Note: Selling channels may handle variants differently from suppliers.
eBay and Shopify: All product variants share the same title and description.
Amazon and Home Depot: Each product variant may have its own title, description, images, and price.
This means uploading multi-variant products from some suppliers to certain channels can cause inconsistencies (e.g., one description being applied to all product variants). Always review before publishing.
Images tab
To edit your product images, open the Images tab (available after selecting to edit a single product or a draft). In there, you can add, delete, edit, and set the main image for your product.
When a product is imported, AutoDS automatically sets one supplier image as the main image. You can change this at any time by selecting another image and clicking Set as main image.
Edit multiple images at once
To edit multiple images, select the ones you want, and the available actions will include:
Copy.
Rotate.
Flip.
Add a watermark.
Download.
Resize.
Edit single image
To edit a single image, hover over it to reveal the available options. Alongside the same bulk actions, you will also see an Edit button.
Clicking Edit opens the built-in image editor, where you can customize the image directly within AutoDS without needing any external tools.
Tool | Function |
Undo / Redo / Restart | Revert changes or reset the image to its original state. |
Delete picture | Remove the currently selected image. |
Delete all pictures | Remove all images from the product listing in one click. |
Crop | Trim or resize the image to remove unwanted areas. |
Flip | Flip the image horizontally or vertically. |
Rotate | Rotate the image to the desired orientation. |
Draw | Use freehand tools to highlight or annotate parts of the image. |
Shapes | Insert geometric elements such as circles, triangles, or rectangles. |
Icon | Add pre-designed icons to highlight promotions or product features. |
Text | Insert short lines of text for promotional messages or branding. |
Mask | Overlay a background or shape to apply custom effects. |
Filter | Apply visual filters to enhance contrast, brightness, or tone. |
Item Specifications tab
The Item Specifications tab (located inside the products or draft editor) is not available for all selling channels, but displays attributes such as CE certificate, model, type, material, and origin, which come directly from the supplier's product page.
When accessing it, you can add more item specifications and edit or delete them.
Important: Bulk Edit does not support editing item specifications for different products, because these attributes vary by supplier and product. Each product must be edited individually from this tab.
To learn more about the Drafts page, you can also watch this video guide that provides a complete walkthrough of all functionalities.
Changing the supplier for a product
There are different reasons for AutoDS users want to change the supplier for a product, such as:
The supplier changed the product's Buy ID or URL on their website.
The product is discontinued, and you found the same or a similar product from another supplier.
You found a better supplier with lower prices, faster shipping, or better quality.
The original product link is broken or no longer available.
If you want to change the supplier of your product, there are two ways to do so in AutoDS:
If you want to change the supplier for a specific product variant, update the Buy ID field on the General tab in Product > Edit > Variants > Edit (as explained here). Make sure you have found a supplier that offers the same product, or one as close to the original as possible, and when updating the variant, fill in the new Buy ID, the supplier, and the warehouse region correctly, as leaving any of these fields incorrect or mismatched will cause errors in your listing.
The new supplier must also offer the same variant structure as the original product. For example, if your current product has Color and Size as variant attributes, the new supplier must have those exact same attributes. If the new supplier only offers Size, for instance, the update will not work correctly.
This method works for both drafts and multi-variant products, but requires updating each variant individually. If you prefer not to do that, you can delete the product and re-upload it with the new supplier.
Use Regrab Product Details when you need to change the supplier source of a published, single-variant product.
Important:
After using Regrab Product Details, verify that the title, images, price, and item specifics are correct before relying on automation.
Regrab Product Details does not work on drafts or multi-variant products. In those cases, update the Buy ID directly in the General tab of each variant.
How to use Regrab Product Details
If you want to use the Regrab Product Details feature:
Go to the Products page.
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the product and select Regrab Product Details.
In the pop-up window, enter the new product Buy ID or complete product URL.
Update the supplier and region if you are switching to a different source.
Click Update.
The system will automatically replace all product information with the details from the new source. Your listing will remain active throughout this process.
Note:
Tip: You can add the Item ID (also known as Buy ID) as a custom column in your Products table view for quick reference. Click the three lines (|||) icon to customize columns in the Products Page, enable the Item ID toggle, and click Update to save your layout preferences, as shown in the image below.
If you need to change the supplier for an order, see "How to change supplier for an order" in the Orders page article.
Products import statuses
Each uploaded product in AutoDS displays a status label indicating whether the import was successful or if there is an issue to address. These statuses are available in both pages: Drafts and Products. Click here to learn more about import statuses and what to do when a product fails to import.
Filters: customize and save views
The filtering system works consistently across both the Products and Drafts pages, allowing you to find what you need in seconds. You can apply conditions, choose how they combine (Match All/Any), and save your favorite setups as reusable views. Use filters for status, supplier, store, date, price, tags, IDs, tracking, and more to keep your daily workflow focused and consistent.
Benefits of using filters on your products or drafts:
Using filters provides several advantages for managing your inventory:
Find results faster: Jump straight to the exact items by status, supplier, store, dates, prices, tags, IDs, or tracking.
Save time every day: Create saved views once and reuse them with a click.
Streamline bulk actions: Pre-filter targeted sets to update many records efficiently.
Improve accuracy: Combine conditions with Match All/Any to narrow precisely to what matters.
Standardize your workflow: Name and reuse views so you and your team work with the same criteria.
How to apply filters
If you want to apply filters on either the Products or Drafts page to find your products faster:
Open the page where you want to work (Products or Drafts) and click Add Filter.
Choose a filter category from the given list, then set the criteria you want to use. For example, when selecting Region, you can specify which ones you want to see.
You can add more filters and refine your results. Just click the Add Filter button again.
Use filter logic:
If you want to reuse the combination of filters you created, click Save and assign a name to the filter set. The next time you access the page, click Add Filter, go to Saved Filters, and select the saved filter you want to apply. If you no longer need a saved filter, click the three-dot menu next to it and select Delete.
To clear filters individually, click the 'x' next to it, or remove all at once by clicking Clear.

How to delete a product
Deleting products from AutoDS removes them permanently from your AutoDS account and from your selling channel (store connected). Before deleting products, it's essential to understand the implications and available recovery options to avoid losing important listings.
Tips for avoiding accidental deletions:
Double-check selections: Before deleting, verify that you selected only the intended products, especially when using bulk actions.
Use filters carefully: Apply specific filters to avoid accidentally including unwanted products in bulk deletions.
Review before confirming: Always review the deletion confirmation prompt to ensure you're deleting the correct items.
Keep backups: Export product data regularly to a document, so you have a record of your listings in case of accidental deletion.
To delete products from the Products page:
Go to the Products page from the left-hand menu.
Locate the product you want to delete using filters or search, if needed.
Click the three dots (⋮) next to the product to open the quick actions menu.
Select Delete from the menu.
When prompted, choose what you want to do with the product:
Delete from AutoDS and Selling Platform: removes the product from both your AutoDS account and your connected store. This is the default option.
Delete only from AutoDS: This option removes the product from AutoDS while keeping the listing active in your selling channel. This option can be used in different scenarios:
If you want to keep the product live in your store, but stop AutoDS from tracking it.
If you prefer to manage the listing manually without AutoDS.
If you plan to re-import the product later with different settings or as untracked.
If you see products you did not add and that are unavailable in your selling channel but keep reappearing even after you delete them in AutoDS, selecting Delete only from AutoDS will stop them from reappearing.
Click Delete to confirm.
Important: Once you delete a product from AutoDS, it cannot be recovered through AutoDS. If the product is also deleted from your selling channel, check with your selling channel's support team whether recovery can be done directly through the admin panel.
What happens after deleting a product from AutoDS
When you delete a product from AutoDS, the following occurs:
The product is permanently removed from your AutoDS Products page.
AutoDS can no longer monitor, update, or manage the product.
If the product still exists in your selling channel, it will become untracked by AutoDS.
The deletion cannot be undone through AutoDS.
Orders for the deleted product will fail to process through order automation (FBA or Auto-Order), even if the orders were already received before deletion. The order will remain in the status Unmonitored until you add a product.
Product recovery options
Scenario 1: Product deleted only from AutoDS
If the product was deleted only from AutoDS (still exists in the selling channel), you can reconnect it through the Untracked page (click to learn about the connection process).
Note: If the product does not appear in the Untracked page, you can resync your store to force AutoDS to scan for untracked items. To resync your store, go to Stores in the left-hand menu, click the three dots (⋮) next to your store name, and select Resync Store.
Please note that the resync feature is not available for Facebook Marketplace and Etsy stores.
Scenario 2: Deleted from AutoDS and selling channel
If a product was deleted from both AutoDS and your selling channel, real recovery can only be done directly on your seller account through your selling channel's admin panel, if that capability is available. Check with your selling channel's support or help center to confirm whether product recovery is possible.
Steps to check for recovery options on your selling channel:
Log in to your selling channel's admin panel (e.g., eBay Seller Hub, Shopify Admin, Amazon Seller Central).
Navigate to the deleted or archived listings section.
Look for options like "Restore," "Recover," or "Undelete."
If available, follow your platform's instructions to restore the product.
If recovery is not available, contact your selling channel's support for assistance.
Important:
If you successfully recover a product directly on your selling channel, the platform may assign a new product ID to the restored listing. This means AutoDS will treat it as a completely new product appearing in your Untracked page. You will need to delete the existing product from the Product page first and then reconnect the recovered product from the Untracked page.
Bulk changes for products and drafts
If you need to make specific edits to multiple products or drafts at once, you can use the Bulk Changes feature, but notice that it only supports specific types of modifications.
Important: Changes made through Bulk Edit apply immediately and cannot be undone. Always review your selection carefully before applying bulk updates.
Products page
To apply bulk changes to your products:
Use the checkboxes next to each product in the Products Page to select the ones you want to update, or click Select All to choose all visible items in your store or filtered view.
Click the ✎ (Edit) icon at the top of the list to open the bulk edit menu.
In the pop-up window, choose among the available options the type of change you want to apply (e.g., price, supplier, AI rewrite) to the selected items.
Click Update to confirm.
Wait for the confirmation message once the update is processed.
Tip: Always use filters first to make sure you are only updating the intended products.

How to identify errors: Products and Drafts pages
On both the Products and Drafts pages, you can identify issues with your listings using visual error indicators. Next to the product image, you'll see an exclamation mark icon - either yellow or red - indicating there's an issue with that product.
How to view error details: Hover your mouse over the exclamation mark to see a message with the error name and a brief description.
Getting support for errors:
If you don't understand the error or need help after reading the description, let us know and send us:
A screenshot of the error and its message.
Copy and paste the error description text.
The more details you provide upfront, the better our team can identify exactly what happened and provide the most accurate workaround.

Common issues and workarounds
The table below addresses common issues and provides practical workarounds to help you resolve them on your Drafts or Products pages quickly and keep your workflow running smoothly.
Issue | Workaround |
Changes are not saving on the Products table | Refresh the page and try again. Make sure you clicked Update after customizing. |
Missing a column you need | Check if it exists in the customization menu. If not, let us know. |
The layout looks incorrect | Reset your view by deselecting all columns, refreshing the page, and re-adding the necessary ones. |
Edited image not displaying | Refresh your product or drafts page, or wait a few minutes for the change to sync. If the images are still not displaying, inform us and send us screenshots so our agents can investigate it. |
Error saving image | Try using AutoDS in an incognito window and clear your browser cache. |
Image quality drops after editing | Ensure the original image is high-resolution before making edits. |
Tools are not responding in the image editor | Reload the page and reopen the image editor. |
Product images are replaced with original supplier images after making changes | After you delete the original supplier images and upload your custom photos in the Drafts page or Products page, make sure to click Save to apply your changes. If you don't click Save after replacing images, AutoDS will not store your custom images, and the original supplier images will remain in the product listing.
If images continue to revert after saving, report the issue to us and, if possible, provide details and a screenshot so our agents can investigate it further. |
No results after applying a filter | Review the applied filters. Remove one filter at a time to broaden results. Check for typos or incorrect ranges. |
Can't find a specific product even with filters | Try a single filter first. Confirm that the data (e.g., ID, title) matches exactly. Check if details in the filter are incomplete or miscategorized. |
Unsupported URL in drafts | The product link is not from a supported supplier. Use a link from a supported supplier or upload via another method. |
Missing details in drafts | Important product data could not be retrieved. Try reimporting the product manually. |
Draft not showing | The product was saved incorrectly during import. Double-check your import settings to confirm it was saved as a draft. |
Can't edit certain fields | Some fields may be locked depending on the supplier. Review the supplier's settings or restrictions. |
Pricing looks off | Pricing rules may not have applied correctly. Review your rules in Settings > Pricing. Draft edits override global rules only for that product. |
Changes not reflected in bulk edit | Wait a few minutes and refresh the page. Large updates may take longer to reflect. |
"Quantity is not valid (error 105 / code 515)" - eBay non-API (MIP) only | It indicates that your listing settings on eBay do not allow AutoDS to set the quantity to "0." Without it, AutoDS cannot place the item as Out of Stock (OOS) when needed. Log in to your eBay account, go to Account Settings > Selling Preferences, and turn ON the Multi-Quantity Listings option. Once enabled, your GTC (Good 'Til Cancelled) listings can have quantity "0" and remain active, allowing AutoDS to set items as Out of Stock automatically. |
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Why do some drafts show different prices than the supplier's website?
Why do some drafts show different prices than the supplier's website?
Drafts display estimated prices based on your pricing rules at the time of import. Since monitoring only begins after products are published, draft prices may not reflect real-time supplier changes. Always verify pricing before publishing.
How do I verify if my product is visible in my store?
How do I verify if my product is visible in my store?
To confirm that a product is properly published and visible to customers in your store, follow these steps to check product visibility on your selling channel:
Step 1: Access the product edit page in AutoDS
Go to the Products page in your AutoDS account from the left menu.
Locate the product you want to verify.
Click on the product image to open the product edit page.
Step 2: View the product on your selling channel
At the top of the product edit page, directly below the product title, you will see a link labeled "View on [Selling Channel Name]" (for example, "View on Shopify," "View on eBay," or "View on Amazon").
Click this link to open the product listing directly on your selling channel.
Step 3: Verify visibility as a customer would see it
To ensure the product is visible to external customers and not just to you as the store owner:
Copy the product URL from your selling channel.
Open a new incognito or private browsing window in your browser.
Paste the product URL into the incognito window and press Enter.
Verify that the product displays correctly with all images, pricing, descriptions, and purchase options visible.
Why use incognito mode:
Viewing your product in incognito mode ensures you see the product exactly as a customer would, without being logged into your seller account. This eliminates any cached data or seller-specific views that might hide visibility issues.
What to do if the product is not visible:
Check the product status in AutoDS to ensure it is marked as Active or Published, not Draft or On Hold.
Verify that the product has sufficient stock quantity (greater than 0) in AutoDS.
Review your selling channel's dashboard for any pending approval notifications or error messages.
Wait 5-10 minutes and check again, as some platforms have processing delays.
For more information about managing product visibility and publishing settings, refer to the Products and Drafts pages article.

If I manage multiple stores, do the Products and Drafts pages show items from all stores together?
If I manage multiple stores, do the Products and Drafts pages show items from all stores together?
If you manage multiple stores and want to see results across all of them on the Products and Drafts pages, you just need to select the ones you want. To manage which stores are shown, go to the sidebar menu, click the pencil icon, select the stores you want, and click Update. AutoDS will then display data related to all selected stores.
Within the Products and Drafts pages, you can identify which store each item belongs to using the Store Name column (Products) or the Destination field (Drafts). Use the store filters at the top of the page to quickly narrow down results by a specific store.
Can I transfer a product from one store to another without recreating it?
Can I transfer a product from one store to another without recreating it?
Products cannot be transferred between stores directly. You'll need to import the product again to the new store, either as a draft or directly.
Tip: You can upload to multiple stores simultaneously by selecting more than one store when starting the import. This saves time when managing multiple selling channels. Learn more here on how to upload products to your store.
How do I delete products from my AutoDS account that are unavailable in my store?
How do I delete products from my AutoDS account that are unavailable in my store?
If you see products that are marked as unavailable in your store and you want to delete them from AutoDS, see the Delete only from AutoDS option in the How to delete a product section.
These are likely inactive listings that AutoDS synced from your store, unlike untracked products (active listings added outside AutoDS that need to be connected).
