How to Work with Drafts?

For Facebook Marketplace, currently, there is a different upload process and It cannot be uploaded exactly as shown in this article.

Please read this article if you are using the Drafts for the Facebook Marketplace.

 

Each product you choose to save as a draft and not immediately import to your store in the 'Add Product' section will be saved as a Draft, where you can later edit, import immediately, or schedule. 

To access your drafts, go to the Drafts tab on your account: 

You will see a list of all the products saved as drafts waiting for you to edit or approve them. 

Overview

Please check the featured numbers in the following image. You will find a detailed explanation of each featured number underneath the image.

1- You can filter your drafts. To learn how to work with the filter feature check out this help article. 

2- You can apply bulk actions on several drafts selected. Learn more about it here.

3- Add a note to your draft. 

4- View History - see the changes made by you to this draft. 

5- Expand/minimize all drafts on the page.

For each draft, you can see the Destination store, Selected supplier, Variants count, and  'View source product' to check the product on the source site. 

Import method

Please check the featured numbers in the following image. You will find a detailed explanation of each featured number underneath the image.

1- This is the main tab where you can work on your drafts.

2- When you schedule a drafted listing, you will be able to see it on the Scheduled tab. You can read more about the schedule uploads here

3- Check the recurring uploads you set from the AutoDS Finder.

4- Clicking on the icon will present actions you can do to this draft:

Import to Shopify, schedule listing, save, or delete the draft. 

Bulk Actions

You will also be able to perform bulk actions on your drafts.

First, select the drafts you wish to apply the action to:

1- Edit all - This action will make a bulk change in your listing (Breakeven, profit, Template, etc...)

2- Import all - this action will import all the selected drafts to your store.

3- Remove from the list - this action will discard the selected drafts.                                       Important: Please note you cannot undo this action.
