How to Set Up Your Lister Preferences?

Set the default settings for your future product uploads

This article explains AutoDS V2 (2021), our newer version supporting dropshipping to eBay and Shopify. If the images you see do not match your account's ones, it means you are using the current version (V1). Check out this link for the article relevant to you.

 

AutoDS allows you to save your preferred lister setting for each new supplier you add to each of your selling channels. 

On your settings page, you will be able to set up your lister settings. 

You can find them on Settings➞Store settingsLister

 

1- Default Product Quantity - this will be the number of units you will offer on your product listing when you first upload it. 

2-Default Item Country - for each supplier and each store, you can set a default country for the product listing. 

3- Default Item City -for each supplier and each store, you can set a default city for the product listing. 

4- Shipping Methods- decide which shipping method you wish the monitoring system to scan for your listing. 

Cheapest - The cheapest shipping method on the source site for this product will be selected. 

Cheapest with tracking - The cheapest shipping method with a valid tracking service on the source site for this product will be selected. 

Fastest with tracking - The fastest shipping method with a valid tracking service on the source site for this product will be selected. 

 

5- Default Template - set a default template for each supplier in your store. You can choose an existing one or create a new one from scratch. 

6- Selling platform policies - set the default policies you wish to have for this store when uploading to your selling platform. 

7- Default item-specific - You can set item-specific that will be added automatically to all your listings

8-Apply changes to existing products - If you check this box, the system will apply the listed changes you're about to save to all of your existing monitored products.
