Learn how to understand the statistics of your stores

Please check the featured numbers in the following image. You will find a detailed explanation of each featured number underneath the image.
1—Choose a range of dates to see its information. You can choose a specific date range or simply choose to view the last 24 hours, last 7 days, or last month.
2- If you sell in several regions such as US and DE and different currencies, you will find in the dashboard a dropdown of all currencies you sell in the selected stores on the side menu. By selecting a currency, you will see only the orders and the revenue made with this currency.
For example, if you sell in USD and EUR and select these stores in the side menu, you will see two currency options on the dashboard: USD and EUR.
When you select USD, you will see only the profit and revenue of orders placed in USD. When you choose the EUR, you will see the relevant data for the orders placed in EUR currency.
Important to note❗️
This is not a currency converter. Choosing a specific currency will display you a complete picture of your profits within the particular selling currency.
3- View your total profit for the time frame and currency you previously selected.
4- View the number of orders for the time frame and currency you previously selected.
5- View the total revenue for the time frame and currency you previously selected (what is the total value of orders cost by sell price you received)
6- View the number of new products uploaded for the time frame you previously selected.
7—View your sales overview filtered by revenue, product cost, and profit
8- Get the numbers to understand your store's performance:
Average sell order cost
Average buy order cost
Max profit on order
Total Products cost
9- Check how well your products sell according to the different tags you applied to your products (a certain niche, holiday, etc.)—choose the time frame you wish to view.
10- Check what are your top-selling products—choose the time frame you wish to view.
I cannot see the orders I received today. Why is that?
The graphs are updated every 3 hours pulling back information from 2 days back from your selling platforms. AutoDS calculates all orders in all statuses on the graphs or the top statistic boxes. Please also note that you view the dashboard data according to your timezone while the selling platform might display it in a different timezone. Make sure to wait a sufficient time to get the data (at least 3 hours).

Which orders statuses are calculated in the dashboard profit?
The profit from all monitored orders will be calculated in the dashboard: Pending, ordered, shipped, and delivered.
