How to "pause" or cancel your account?

Pause or cancel your AutoDS account at any time. See the steps in this guide.

How to pause AutoDS account?

To pause your AutoDS account, go to settings -> account & billing
At the bottom left of the page, click on the "Manage/Cancel account" button, and choose 'Pause Account'

Upon selecting the "Pause Account" option, a pop-up will appear confirming that the account has been temporarily suspended. This notification includes the scheduled reactivation date of the account and details about the next charge.

 

 

Important to know 📚

After pausing your account, all data will be saved for 30 days. All your scheduled uploads will be canceled. After 30 days, you will be automatically reactivated.       You can manually reactivate your account by logging in again and reactivate it.


Pausing Accounts with Multiple plans will cause all plans to be paused for 30 days, it will apply to all plans under one account. 

Pause Account (for 30 days):

  • Order Details Unavailable: No access to transaction histories or buyer accounts for orders.
  • Fulfilled Orders: Orders that have already been fulfilled will continue. You cannot request returns for fulfilled orders. No ability to fulfill new orders.
  • Tracking Conversion: Tracking conversion will stop if there are no unconverted orders.
  • Store Status: Products will remain listed in your store, however monitoring updates and automation will pause until the account is unpaused.

 


How to cancel and delete my AutoDS account?

To cancel your AutoDS account, go to settings -> account & billing
At the bottom left of the page, click the "Manage/Cancel account" button.

Continue and make sure to select again Cancel Subscription here:

Note: your account will be deleted automatically, and your subscription will be canceled. Orders will not get any status updates.

Note 📝

  • Cancel Account (delete account):
    All listings and orders will be permanently deleted after 14 days. If you delete your account and wish to recover it before the 14-day period ends, you must re-register using your previous credentials.

If you have multiple plans, in one account, you will need to select each one by one to cancel first before you can cancel the whole account.
