How to Extract a CSV of Your Listings from Your Previous Software?

Learn how you can easily export your listings from your previous system and quickly import them to AutoDS

How to obtain the CSV file?

There are 3 ways to do that:

Here's an explanation of each of the possibilities:

Export your listings from your previous platform using AutoDS Helper Chrome Extension

You can use our Chrome extension, the AutoDS Helper, to export your items from your previous system.

After you've installed the AutoDS helper extension, you can go to your active listings/ products page on your previous monitoring system in order to export your products.

You will then need to extract the listings from all pages and when you're done, you will export the results to a CSV file.

Export your listings using the AutoDS Helper

The AutoDS Helper extension will usually appear at the bottom right of the page displaying your active listings on your previous monitoring system.

Go over each page of your active listings in your previous monitor and hit 'Extract' (it's best to show more entries on each page if possible to speed up the process).

At the end hit 'Export to CSV' and the file will be downloaded to your computer.

Once downloaded, go to your untracked listing from the Products page:

Go to the second tab called 'Add from CSV' and then drop or select the CSV file:

All the listings appearing in this file will be imported and added to the list of your monitored listings.

You can find a more detailed explanation in this article.

Ask for a file from your previous monitoring software/ Lister

If our Helper does not appear on your current monitoring software, it means we do not support it. In this case, you need to ask for the file from your system's customer service team. Once you get the file from them, you need to make sure to edit it to fit AutoDS format.
