How to Extract a CSV of Your Listings from Your Previous Software?

Learn how you can easily pull your listings from your previous system and quickly import it to AutoDS and start working!

Moving to AutoDS is very simple!

First, you need to obtain a CSV file with your active listings on Shopify.

There are 2 ways to do that: 

  1. Export your listings from your previous platform using AutoDS Helper Chrome Extension

You can use our Chrome extension, AutoDS Helper, to export your items from your previous system. 

After you've installed the AutoDS helper extension, you can go to your active listings page on your previous monitoring system in order to export your listings. You will then need to extract the listings from all pages and when you're done, you will export the results to a CSV file. 

How to export your listings with the AutoDS Helper? 

The AutoDS Helper extension will usually appear at the bottom right of the page displaying your active listings on your previous monitoring system (there are systems where a button will appear on the top right). 

Go over each page of your active listings in your previous monitor and hit 'Extract' (it's best to show more entries on each page if possible to speed up the process).

At the end hit 'Export to CSV' and the file will be downloaded to your computer. 

Once downloaded, go to your untracked listing from the Products page:

Go to the second tab called 'Add from CSV' and then drop or select the CSV file:

 

All the listings appearing in this file will be important and added to the list of your monitored listings.
