There may be cases when you will be asked to send the support team your extension logs - see here how you can do it
To be able to help you with your non-API issue, we need you to send us the following on every ticket or chat you open:
- A screenshot of your extension
- A screenshot of your extension setting where we can see the token
- A CSV of your extension logs - Explained below.
How to download a CSV of your Non-API extension logs?
Click on the bell icon on your extension's right-hand, and you will see the Error Logs.
Now click on the 'Export Logs' button, and a CSV file will be downloaded to your computer.
Please send the file and the screenshot to the agent who's on your case so he or she can continue checking your issue.
IMPORTANT: We will not be able to help you with your non-API store's issue without having this information
