How to Edit Your Order?

It's easy and simple to edit your order -keep reading for a full guide!

To access your orders go to your Orders page. 

To edit your order, click the icon and choose 'Edit order'

A pop-up with all the order's details will be opened, and you will be able to see first the date and time when the order came in, the Buy ID and the total profit:

From this section, you will also be able to change the product's buy ID for the specific order. You can do so by clicking on the little pencil and adding the new URL and update.

Important note:

Only the specific order will be affected by the change in buy ID.  To change the buy ID on the original product too, click on Edit Product.


Under this section, you will see two tabs - Buyer and Order.

In the first tab, you will be able to edit the customer's info or sent him a direct message:

On the second tab, you will be able to edit the order details: 


  1. Status-You can change the status of the order. Click here to learn more about the different statuses of the orders.
  2. Tags-Add a tag to your order. You can add the name of the VA who uploaded the item, the name of the niche, holiday, etc.
  3. Note- Add a note to your order to be able to follow up on the process of the order and communication with your buyer.
  4. Supplier -The supplier monitored for this order.
  5. Region -The region of the selling site for this order.
  6. Buy Variant ID- the ID on the selling site.
  7. Buy order ID - the ID on the buy site. On this example: on Home depot.
  8. Buyer Account - the selected buy account to use for this order
  9. Buy price - the price of the item in the source site prior to the order.
  10. Taxes -Any taxes deducted on the buy -site for the order
  11. Fees- The fees you set for your products
  12. eBay fees- the actual eBay fees for this order (note, it does not include additional fees such as promoted or international fees.
  13. Tracking number -Tracking number for the order
  14. Shipping carrier - a dropdown menu allowing you to select from a list of carriers (it will be done automatically for you if you are using the tracking numbers automation).
