Learn how to import products to your selling channel using AutoDS
When you finish the registration process and add your first store, the system will prompt you to upload your first product.
Click on the '+ Add products' button on your sidebar to create the first product of your first listing. You can choose whether you want to upload a single product, multiple products, or from AutoDS finder. You will also find a quick shortcut to import your untracked in case you have untracked listings.

Upload single product
If you want to upload a single product, follow the instructions below:
In this Import method, you will first need to choose the store you wish to upload to and click 'Next':

- Selected store — here you will see the store you chose to upload to. If you want to change the store, click on the little pencil and choose another one.
- URL or Product ID - put the ID or URL of the product you wish to upload
- Supplier source- choose the supplier you upload the product from
- Region - choose the region
- Publish to store- the product will be uploaded to your store immediately
- Edit now (Quick)- choose to edit the product before you upload it. If you choose this option you will be forwarded to the edit page. Click here to learn how to edit a single draft.
Multiple products/Stores
In this Import method, you will be able to add your product ID or URL to upload a single listing or several listings in a bulk action.

- You can click the✎ icon to change the store you want to upload to or add more.
- URLs or IDs - here you also have the option to upload a single product or in bulk. Just add the product URL or product ID of one of our supported suppliers.
- Upload CSV - to upload in bulk, drop a CSV file to upload a list of items in bulk. You can download an example file to make sure your CSV is in the right format
- AutoDS finder- upload hot-selling items using the AutoDS Finder feature. Learn more about it here.
- Supplier - Choose the supplier source site
- Region- Choose the region you are uploading the product to
Click on the arrow and choose the upload process:
- Add as a draft - so you can edit it later. Click here to learn more.
- Create and publish now to your store. The product's settings will be according to your lister and pricing preferences.

- Edit upload settings before product listing
If you choose to 'Edit upload settings' before uploading, the system will forward you to a new page where you can go through the following five stages. Below you will find an explanation on each stage:
Products
Clicking on edit will allow you to remove or add more products to your bulk upload, and change the supplier or region.
General

- Check the box if you wish to use the default settings you have stored for this store and supplier. If you do, all fields will be greyed, and you can skip to the next stage by clicking Next.
- Choose a template (It's not a must to choose it now, you can set it up first on the settings page. To learn how to do that, click here).
- You can choose to add a tag to your upload. For example, if you're uploading a product for Christmas, you might want to add a tag called 'Christmas' so you can later easily find the product and remove it When Christmas is over.
- Choose a collection to you want this product to be added to. This applies to Shopify uploads only.
- Select a price range for the item\items you are uploading.
- Enable\Disable the monitoring for price\stock\ order
Click Next.
Supplier
Configure advanced settings like Allow duplicates, upload variations, etc. Use the question marks near every setting to understand better its meaning.
Note that if you uncheck the 'Upload Variations' the product will be uploaded as non-variant product, and you there won't be an option to add variations for this product in the future.
Pricing

- Check the box if you wish to use the default settings you have stored for this supplier.
If you do, all fields will be greyed and you can skip to the next stage by clicking Next. - Decide if you want one of the automations you created to be applied to these uploaded products. You can learn how to set the automations here.
- Here you will see the product's price calculation chart according to your settings
- Choose the fees you are paying to the selling site and the different payment methods (for example PayPal fee).
- Set the additional profit in $ you wish for the item
- Set the additional % profit you wish for the item
- Enable or disable the dynamic profit feature, setting a profit for your products by a range of prices:
You can add more rules to cover as many price ranges as you wish.
Once you're done, click Next.
Shipping

- Check the box if you wish to use the default settings you have stored for this store and supplier. If you do, all fields will be greyed and you can skip to the next stage by clicking Next.
- Check which shipping method you wish the system to monitor from the source site:
- Choose the country from which you're sourcing the item.
- Type in the city you wish your item will be located in.
Import to Store
In this last stage, you can choose to add your item as a draft so you can edit it later before you import it to your store. You can Create and publish it immediately to the selling site or you can Schedule the upload so it will be Imported at a later date you select.
