Learn how to contact AutoDS suppliers directly to get more information about products or orders
When working with AutoDS suppliers, you can initiate a conversation with the suppliers regarding a product or specific order.
Contact the supplier via the product page
You can contact the supplier by visiting the product page of the specific supplier on the marketplace, and clicking on any product will give you the option to contact them:
These messages can be used to inquire about more information about the product (such as other colors, and sizes) and anything else you might want to know!

If you are looking for products from AutoDS suppliers, first make sure to filter the supplier section on the Marketplace page:
Contact the supplier via the orders page
To contact the supplier regarding a specific order, click on the 3 dots icon and choose 'Send a message to supplier':
The button will open a new window where you can ask any question you have about the order. In addition, this is the only way to handle cancellations and returns with the supplier:
How to Identify Private Suppliers on the AutoDS Marketplace?
To easily find our private suppliers, you can filter using the Supplier option “AutoDS Suppliers.” Just remember that AutoDS is not a supplier itself; we feature private suppliers who are reliable and verified by AutoDS under this option in our Marketplace.
Also, if you don’t use the filter, you can still identify private suppliers by looking for the “Message This Supplier” button, as only Private Suppliers have this option on our platform.
NOTE:
- AutoDS Private Suppliers allow you to message them directly through the platform by selecting “Message This Supplier.” For other regular suppliers that are not private ones, messaging through the platform isn’t available.
- If you apply filters on Marketplace, you may see more or fewer products, as not all items available meet the specific filter criteria you’ve selected.

In the messages tab, you can see all the messages you've sent and follow up on them.
Please note that the messages tab will only be visible in the menu bar once you contact the supplier in any way.
