AutoDS offers a variety of subscription plans tailored to different selling platforms, including eBay, Shopify, Facebook, Wix, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Etsy. Each plan is designed to meet the specific requirements of the respective platform. Choosing the right plan ensures you can scale your store efficiently and access the features you need.

AutoDS subscription plans

We offer subscription plans tailored to your specific needs. Our plans are divided by selling channels (e.g., eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce), and you can choose as many as you’d like.

⚠️ Important:

  • Always subscribe directly via the AutoDS website to ensure full access. Subscribing through external platforms (e.g., Shopify) may limit access to certain features or selling channels.
  • If you operate on multiple selling channels, you must purchase separate subscriptions for each channel.
  • If you are still within your trial period and decide to upgrade or downgrade your plan, your trial period will automatically end. You will be charged immediately for the new subscription based on your selected billing cycle.
  • If you reach the product and variation limit of your plan, you will need to either delete some products and variations or upgrade to a higher plan. Until you do so, your stock and price monitors will be paused, and you won’t be able to add any new products to your account during this time.

 

 

 

How to choose my plan

  1. Selling channel selection: Choose the platform you want to manage (e.g., eBay, Shopify, Facebook).

  2. Billing cycle:

    1. Monthly plan: Recurring payments every 30 days.

    2. Annual plan: Billed upfront with a 25% discount.

  3. Plan tiers: Each plan offers different listing limits and features. Select the one that aligns best with your business needs.

⚠️ Important: The number of listings in your plan is the maximum simultaneous limit of items and variations in your store.

You can check it on Settings > Plans & Add-ons.

Upgrade Charges

You’ll be charged the price difference between your current plan and the higher-tier plan, prorated based on your remaining billing cycle.

Downgrade Charges

The new (lower) plan price will apply starting from your next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Upgrades and downgrades are non-refundable, including add-ons and trial payments, as stated in our Terms of Service.

Listing Limit

Your plan’s listing capacity refers to the total number of active products and their variations in your store, not a monthly limit.

Variations are calculated by multiplying all available options.  Example: 3 sizes × 3 colors = 9 variations.

Changing Plans During Trial

If you upgrade during the trial, you’ll be charged immediately and your trial will end. To change plans without ending your Trial, please contact AutoDS Support.

Upgrade or change your plan

You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

  • Upgrades: You’ll be charged the price difference between your current plan and the higher-tier plan, prorated based on the time left in your billing cycle.

  • Downgrades: The lower plan price applies from the start of your next billing cycle.

  • Changing plans during trial: If you upgrade during the trial, you’ll be charged immediately, and your trial will end. To change plans without ending your trial, please contact AutoDS Support.

  • Yearly → Monthly: To downgrade from a Yearly plan to a Monthly plan, contact AutoDS Support.

  • Refund policy: All plan changes (upgrades, downgrades), add-ons, and trial transactions are non-refundable, as stated in our Terms of Service.

Step-by-step

  1. Go to your AutoDS Account > Settings

  2. Click Plans & Add-ons

  3. Review and click Upgrade Plan next to your desired subscription tier.

    ✅ Tip: If you don’t see your preferred plan listed, click Pick the right package for you to open a dropdown menu with all available plans.

  4. Select your preferred billing cycle — Annual (25% off) or Monthly — and then choose your plan.

  5. Review and Confirm. A pop-up will display:

    • The upgrade cost

    • Your current payment method (you can change it before confirming)

    Confirm your selection, and your plan will be updated!

  • Annual Billing Discount: Upgrade to annual billing and enjoy 25% OFF. Recommended for long-term users.

Note: Add-ons are billed separately from the subscription plan and can be enabled or disabled at any time. According to our Terms of Service, Add-ons and trial periods are non-refundable.

Q: Are subscription plans shared across multiple selling channels?
A: Each selling channel requires its own subscription.

Q: Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
A: Yes. However, switching during the trial period will end the trial immediately and activate the new billing cycle.

Q: What happens if I exceed my plan’s listing limit?
A: Your account will not allow additional uploads until you upgrade or remove existing listings.

Q: Can I add features without upgrading my plan?
