The AutoDS dashboard provides a complete overview of your store’s performance. From total profits to top-selling products, every key metric is available in one place.

This guide explains how to navigate your dashboard, interpret the data, and use insights to make smarter business decisions.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in to your AutoDS account.

  2. From the left-side menu, click Dashboard.

  3. At the top of the page, use the calendar to select a date range (e.g., last 24 hours, 7 days, or custom). The dashboard will update accordingly.

  4. If your store operates in multiple currencies, click the currency filter to view metrics in your preferred currency.

⚠️ Important:

The system does not convert values between currencies. It only filters data by the selected currency.

Unmonitored orders will not appear on the dashboard.

 


 

How to read your dashboard metrics

Here are the main data points you’ll find in your dashboard:

  1. Total Profit – Net profit generated during the selected period.

  2. Number of Orders – Total number of monitored orders placed.

  3. Total Revenue – Gross revenue from all completed orders.

  4. New Products Uploaded – Number of new products uploaded in the selected period.

  5. Sales Graph – Visual trends of revenue, product cost, and profit over time.

  6. Store Performance – Key metrics including average profit, average selling price, average cost price, maximum profit on an order, and total product cost.

  7. Tags Performance – Product performance by assigned tags (e.g., seasonal, campaign-specific).

  8. Top-Selling Products – Highest-performing products by sales, adjustable by time range.

 


 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Why don’t I see today’s orders on the dashboard?
A: The dashboard updates every 3 hours and pulls data from up to 2 days back from your selling platforms. Timezone differences between AutoDS and your selling platform may also cause temporary mismatches.

Wait at least 3 hours after receiving the order for it to appear. If it still doesn’t show, contact AutoDS Support.

Q: Can I view performance in different currencies?
A: Yes. Use the currency filter at the top of the dashboard. Keep in mind that the system does not convert values between currencies.

Q: Are unmonitored orders included in the dashboard?
A: Only monitored orders are displayed.

Q: Which order statuses are included in profit calculations?
A: All monitored orders, including:

  • Pending

  • Ordered

  • Shipped

  • Delivered
