What is the Product Finding Hub?
The Product Finding Hub (PFH) is an add-on in AutoDS designed to simplify product research for dropshipping businesses.
Rather than relying on manual research across multiple platforms, the Product Finding Hub provides access to four data-driven tools:
Trending Products: Explore high-demand items updated daily based on real-time performance data from AutoDS-supported suppliers, allowing you to identify emerging trends quickly.
Hand-Picked Products: Access expert-curated items with high sales potential, complete with detailed analysis from AutoDS specialists, including target audience recommendations, competitor research, and ready-to-use content.
Ads Spy: Analyze what products are converting through ads on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram to understand which marketing strategies work and identify new product opportunities early.
TikTok Analytics: Access real TikTok Shop sales data from the United States, including best-sellers, performance metrics, viral videos, and commission rates to identify proven products with actual sales validation.
The goal is to help identify high-potential items, spot seasonal trends, and make informed product decisions more efficiently.

The Product Finding Hub is a paid add-on and must be enabled separately from the main AutoDS subscription.
Pricing
The Product Finding Hub is a paid add-on with no trial and must be enabled separately from the main AutoDS subscription.
The Product Finding Hub is available on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. You can select your preferred billing cycle when activating the add-on in Settings > Plans & Add-ons.
Monthly plan: $14.97 per month, billed every 30 days.
Yearly plan: $10.97 per month, billed upfront as $131.64 per year (27% discount applied).
Features included: Trending Products, Hand-Picked Products, Ads Spy, and TikTok Analytics.
Billing: Billing starts immediately when activated, with no trial.
Free trial: A free trial is not available; however, new subscribers receive four hand-picked products to test the feature.
Note: The yearly plan renews automatically every 360 days at $131.64. The monthly plan renews automatically every 30 days at $14.97. If your subscription plan and the Product Finding Hub add-on have different renewal dates, each renews independently, and you may see separate charges on different dates.
How to activate the Product Finding Hub
To activate the Product Finding Hub in your account:
Navigate to Settings in your AutoDS account.
Click on Plans & Add-ons from the menu.
Scroll down to locate the Product Finding Hub add-on card.
Click Enable.
Enabling the Product Finding Hub add-on gives you immediate access to the Hand-Picked Products, Ads Spy, Trending Products, and TikTok Analytics features, which appear in your AutoDS account's left sidebar menu.
Note: During the registration flow in AutoDS, eligible users may see a full-screen promotional page for the Product Finding Hub before connecting their store. This page does not have a close button. To dismiss it without purchasing, click "No, I understand I'm passing on this SPECIAL OFFER" at the bottom of the page.
This page appears only once. To activate the add-on directly from this page, click the CTA button (Yes, crack TikTok Trends). The price shown will be prorated based on your remaining trial period; after your trial ends, the full price of $14.97/month applies.
Upgrade PFH from monthly to yearly
If you are already on the monthly plan of the Product Finding Hub add-on on AutoDS, you can upgrade to the yearly plan at any time from Settings > Plans & Add-ons. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the unused days remaining in your current monthly billing period are credited toward the yearly plan cost, so you are not charged twice for the same period.
Important: At the moment, switching from the yearly plan back to the monthly plan isn’t available. This means the change can’t be processed right now, including through our support team.
Activating the yearly plan during a trial period
If you activate the yearly Product Finding Hub plan during your AutoDS account trial period, two charges apply:
An immediate prorated charge for the remaining days of the trial period.
The full yearly amount of $131.64 charged when the trial ends.
If you activated the monthly Product Finding Hub plan first and then upgraded to the yearly plan while still within your AutoDS account trial period, the same two charges apply: an immediate prorated charge for the days remaining until your next billing date, followed by the full yearly amount of $131.64 at the end of the trial.
To avoid unexpected charges, you can cancel your AutoDS account while on trial. If you have questions about charges applied during the trial, please let us know so our team can review your case.
Hand-Picked Products
Hand-Picked Products is a feature within the Product Finding Hub that allows the import of items that have undergone in-depth and comprehensive analysis by the AutoDS expert team, including how sellers run their campaigns, target audience, potential profit, and more detailed information.
Products are handpicked based on real performance data and are ready to be imported into the store.
The Hand-Picked Products feature includes:
Detailed analysis including how sellers run their campaigns, target audience, engagement score, potential profit, and more.
Ready-to-use titles, descriptions, and images.
Easy exploration using filters and categories that suit the niche.
Products sourced from AliExpress, Amazon, AutoDS Warehouse, and Private Suppliers.
More than 100 products are available, with three to five new items added daily.
Product information
On the Hand-Picked Products page, click on the product image to view all its information. The data is divided into five tabs, as follows:
Product Analysis tab
The table below lists and explains each data point displayed on the product page inside the Hand-Picked Products feature, and numbered (1-10) in the following image.

Product info tab
Under “Product Info”, in the Hand-Picked Products feature, you will find the supplier’s description and images for the selected item. Use this content to understand the offer and draft your listing copy and media before publishing.
Specifications tab
The Specifications tab in the Hand-Picked Products feature lists the origin, materials, size, model, and brand, allowing you to assess whether the product meets your requirements.
Policy tab
Policy outlines item-specific terms, typically returns, and related conditions in the Hand-Picked Products feature. Check the Policy tab before importing to ensure alignment with your store's policy and avoid disputes.
Reviews tab
Buyer feedback appears under Reviews in the Hand-Picked Products feature and helps you gauge quality and fit. Use insights from the Reviews tab to refine titles, descriptions, and FAQs, and to decide whether to list the product.
Note: The shipping policy terms in the Hand-Picked Products feature are displayed on the right side of the product page, below the Create Sample Order button.
The shipping information displayed on product cards and product pages in the Hand-Picked Products feature (for example, "Ships from US, 12 business days to United States") shows the product's shipping origin and estimated delivery time to your selected destination. These values are calculated based on your Ships To and Ships From filter selections in the AutoDS Marketplace.
To check the shipping time for a different destination, apply a different Ships To filter in the Marketplace and search for the product again.
Import products from the Hand-Picked Products
To import products to your store in the Hand-Picked Products feature:
Click the + Import Draft button.
The product will be added to the Drafts Page.
Troubleshooting
If you get "the requested resource is not available" when importing a Hand-Picked product, it can indicate the supplier has removed the product from their store, but the Hand-Picked Products catalog has not yet reflected that update. The product may still appear in the catalog, but is no longer available at the source.
To find an alternative source for the same product, use the "Search on" options on the product page and select Amazon, Facebook, or AliExpress. These links will redirect you to search for the same product on other platforms, where you can find an available supplier and import it using its URL.
If you do not find an alternative, the product is no longer available from any supported source. Consider exploring other items in the Hand-Picked Products catalog.
Trending Products
Trending Products is a feature within the Product Finding Hub that offers a fast, data-driven way to identify top-performing items sourced from TikTok. All recommendations are based on real-time engagement and performance data, and the catalog is updated regularly.
Trending Products catalog
The Trending Products catalog displays product cards with key selling metrics. Each card shows the date the product was posted and the current sell price and interaction rate.
To preview a product's key metrics without opening the details page, click the chart icon in the top-right corner of any product card. A summary appears showing Sold Count, Profit, Reviews, Sell Price, Interaction Rate, and Product Score. Click More Info to open the full product details page.
To generate UGC-style video ads for products found in Trending Products, click the Generate Sales Ready UGC Ads button in the top-right corner of the page. This redirects you to the Create UGC platform directly from your product research workflow. Click here to learn more about AutoDS AI Tools and CreateUGC.
Available filters
Use the following filters in Trending Products to tailor your results by specific performance indicators and narrow the catalog to align with your goals.

Tip: Sort results in ascending or descending order for any metric in the Trending Products page, as shown in the image below.
Important: At this time, the Trending Products feature in AutoDS does not have the option to filter by country. The trending products you see are based on supplier data and platform trends.
If you’re looking for region-specific products, features like AutoDS Marketplace allow you to filter by the country the item ships from. This is currently the only way to narrow down products by shipping region.
Product details page
Click any item on the Trending Products page to open the item details page. At the top, you will see the shop name, the total number of products available in that shop, and the date the product was posted.
Use the Search on options in the top-right corner to search for the same product on Amazon, Facebook, or AliExpress if you want to find it from a different supplier.
Analyze product performance
The product details page displays the following metrics to help you validate demand, compare offers, and decide which items to test first.

Product distribution | Each country’s share of overall sales is shown as a percentage to reveal where demand is strongest. |
General Sales | Monthly breakdown of total sales to track and analyze trends over time. |
Ads | Shows real ads previously run for this product so you can review and take inspiration for your own campaigns. |

Product page actions and details
When you open a product page in Trending Products, the right panel gives you access to the supplier cost, shipping details, available stock quantity, and action buttons. The table below describes each field and button in detail.

Important:
TikTok is not supported as a supplier for order automation through Fulfilled by AutoDS (FBA) or Auto-Order. Because all Trending Products use TikTok as the supplier, orders for these products must be managed manually. Click here to learn more about manual order fulfillment.
If the See Original Product button redirects to a TikTok Shop page that returns a 502 Bad Gateway error, this is because TikTok Shop blocks traffic from outside the United States. To access the page, use a VPN configured with a US-based address. This restriction is applied by TikTok and is not related to AutoDS.
Import products from Trending Products
There are two ways to import products in the Trending Products feature, as described below.
From the product catalog: Hover over a product card to reveal two import options:
Import as Draft & Edit Manually: imports the product to your Drafts page without modifications, allowing you to edit all details manually before publishing.

Ads Spy Tool
The Ads Spy Tool gives access to trending ads and viral content across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. By exploring campaigns that are actively running and performing well, identify:

TikTok Analytics is a product research tool within the Product Finding Hub that displays top-selling TikTok Shop products in the United States.
The TikTok Analytics feature provides access to real sales data from TikTok Shop, performance metrics for trending products, and key indicators like units sold, GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), and commission rates. Use this data from TikTok Analytics to identify high-potential products backed by actual performance, rather than relying on guesswork or assumptions.
Important: The TikTok Analytics data updates once daily and currently supports the US region only.

The TikTok Analytics main view displays a list of top-selling products with the following columns, each providing specific insights into product performance:

Tip: Use TikTok Analytics sorting options by clicking any column header to organize products by that metric. Click again to reverse the order between ascending and descending.
Filter your TikTok Analytics results
Use filters on TikTok Analytics to find products matching your specific needs. Available filters help you narrow down the catalog to items that fit your business model and target market.

Combining and resetting filters
Apply multiple filters together on TikTok Analytics to get more specific results. This approach helps you find products that meet all your criteria simultaneously.
Example: Filter products that are:
Sales in the Last 7 Days within a specific range.
Total GMV above a certain threshold.
From a specific Time Filter period (Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 60 Days).
In the United States region.
This combination ensures you find products with recent sales momentum and strong revenue performance.
To reset filters from TikTok Analytics, click the "Clear All" button to remove all active filters and return to the full product list. This allows you to start fresh with a new research approach.
Import products
Products imported from TikTok Analytics to your store will automatically use TikTok as the supplier, so no order automation options will be available for these products (nor FBA or Auto-Order), and you will need to manage fulfillment manually through your TikTok Shop.
TikTok Analytics offers two ways to import products to your store:
Single product import: Navigate to the product details page in TikTok Analytics and click the + Import Product button.
Bulk product import: From the main TikTok Analytics dashboard, select multiple products using the checkboxes and click the Import selected products button to import all selected items at once. We recommend importing only 20 products at once to avoid affecting system performance and ensure smooth processing.
After importing from TikTok Analytics, the products will be saved as drafts in your store, allowing you to customize pricing, descriptions, and other details before publishing.
Product details
To see detailed product information on TikTok Analytics, click any product row to open the product details page. At the top, you will find a summary of the product's key metrics and details. The page also includes the Trends and Related Videos sections below.

Trends
View sales trends over time in the Trends section on TikTok Analytics, which shows whether products have stable or growing sales over different time periods. Products with consistent performance are typically more reliable for dropshipping than flash trends that spike and disappear quickly.
Tip: Use the Trends section to identify patterns like consistent growth, seasonal spikes, or declining interest to make informed decisions about product viability and long-term potential.

The Related Videos section on the product details page shows which TikTok videos are driving sales for the product, helping you understand what content styles, creators, and messaging work best.
The Related Videos section displays the following data for each video:

Products imported via Hand-Picked Products, Trending Products, or TikTok Analytics (tools you have access to when enabling the Product Finding Hub add-on) already include a supplier by default. You can check which supplier is connected to any product imported to AutoDS, directly from the Products Page by opening the product details, as shown in the image below:

Start a sourcing request from TikTok Analytics
The AutoDS Sourcing Service is available directly from the TikTok Analytics tab, allowing you to import a product and immediately submit a sourcing request without leaving the discovery context.
To use the Import & Start Sourcing button, make sure the following requirements are met in your account:
The Order Processor add-on is enabled.
AutoDS Sourcing is added as a supplier with China as the warehouse.
The Import & Start Sourcing button is available in two locations within the TikTok Analytics tab:
Product list: In the TikTok Analytics product list, the Import & Start Sourcing button appears in the Action column of each product row. Hover over the button to see the amount due: 1 AO credit.
Product detail page: On the product detail page, the Import & Start Sourcing button is displayed in the top right corner alongside the Import Product button. Hover over the button to see the amount due: 1 AO credit.
To import a product from TikTok Analytics and submit a sourcing request:
Click Import & Start Sourcing from either location.
The product is imported to your Products page. A loading screen displays the steps of the flow while the import is processing.
Once the import is complete, the AutoDS Sourcing Service flow launches immediately. The product data (title, image, and source URL) is pre-filled automatically.
Review the sourcing results, select a quote, and link it to your product.
Note: 1 AO credit is deducted immediately when the sourcing request is submitted, as the sourcing team begins searching for quotes right away. AO credits are non-refundable. If you do not have enough AO credits, a credit offer will appear before you submit the request. If the product import fails, the sourcing flow does not launch and no credit is deducted.
Important: The Import & Start Sourcing button supports single product sourcing only. Multi-product selection is not supported. This service is also not available on mobile.
