AutoDS for Suppliers: Store settings and policies

Learn how to configure your store details, branding, and synchronization in AutoDS.

Introduction

To configure your store settings, go to Settings → My Store.

On this page, you will be required to update your store details, logo, category, branding preferences, and synchronization settings.


 

Store settings

# Field Description
1 Store name Enter your store’s name.
2 Store description Share details about your store. Include the type of items you sell, your niche, or specialty.
3 Default category

Select the category that new products will receive by default.


💡 Tip: You can always change the category when uploading a product.

4 Store logo

Upload your store logo either by image URL or directly from your computer.

⚠️ Important: Before the upload pop-up appears, you will be asked to provide your Shopify store URL. Make sure to enter it exactly as shown in the example, including https://.

The logo can be replaced at any time.

5 Allow dropshippers to ask for branding logo When enabled, dropshippers can request branding on invoices, packaging, and more.
6 Store synchronization

Once connected, your store will automatically sync with AutoDS every hour.


 
- You can view the last synchronization time.
- If you’ve uploaded new listings or updated existing ones, click Synchronize Product to refresh immediately.

 


 

Connecting your store

Once all required fields are complete, the Connect store button becomes available.

  • Click this button to connect your store to AutoDS Suppliers.

  • Keep in mind: You must have a Shopify store containing all your products in order to list them on AutoDS.
