AutoDS for Suppliers: Store settings and policies
Learn how to configure your store details, branding, and synchronization in AutoDS.
Introduction
To configure your store settings, go to Settings → My Store.
On this page, you will be required to update your store details, logo, category, branding preferences, and synchronization settings.
Store settings

1 | Store name | Enter your store’s name. |
2 | Store description | Share details about your store. Include the type of items you sell, your niche, or specialty. |
3 | Default category |
Select the category that new products will receive by default. ![]() 💡 Tip: You can always change the category when uploading a product. |
4 | Store logo |
Upload your store logo either by image URL or directly from your computer. ⚠️ Important: Before the upload pop-up appears, you will be asked to provide your Shopify store URL. Make sure to enter it exactly as shown in the example, including https://. The logo can be replaced at any time. |
5 | Allow dropshippers to ask for branding logo | When enabled, dropshippers can request branding on invoices, packaging, and more. |
6 | Store synchronization |
Once connected, your store will automatically sync with AutoDS every hour. ![]() |
Connecting your store
Once all required fields are complete, the Connect store button becomes available.

Click this button to connect your store to AutoDS Suppliers.

Keep in mind: You must have a Shopify store containing all your products in order to list them on AutoDS.
