Why & When the Views and Watchers on AutoDS are Not Updated with eBay?

On API accounts, AutoDS scans for the updated number of watchers and views in your products every 16 hours. 

However, sometimes there's a bug on eBay's end causing the API to send not updated info which prevents the system from displaying the correct data matching the one on eBay. 

 

On non-API accounts, the same can happen when there's a delay with the processing of the File Exchange end. 

It will be fixed after the next scan assuming the data received from eBay will be the updated one this time :) 

 

NOTE - if you're a new user, it can take up to 48 hours for the views and watchers to be updated on your account from the time you have first connected your store (API & NON-API)
