How to Add Products to Your eBay Store Using AutoDS?

Learn how you can upload products to your eBay store

When you finish the registration process and add your first store, the system will prompt you to upload your first product.

Click on the '+ Add products' button on your side bar to create the first product of your first listing. You can choose whether you want to upload a single product, multiple products, or from AutoDS finder. You will also find a quick shortcut to import your untracked in case you have untracked listings.

 

Upload single product

In this upload method you will first need to choose the store you wish to upload to and click 'Next':

1- Selected store — here you will see the store you chose to upload to. If you want to change the store, you can click on the little pencil and choose another one.

2- URL or Product ID - put the Id or URL of the product you wish to upload

3- Supplier source- choose the supplier you upload the product from

4- Region - choose the region

5- Advanced options- Configure advanced settings like Allow duplicates, upload variations, etc.

Note that if you uncheck the 'Upload Variations' the product will be uploaded as non-variant product, and you there won't be an option to add variations for this product in the future.

6- Click on the arrow and choose the upload process:

If you choose to 'Edit Now (Quick)' you will be forwarded to the edit page. Click here to learn how to edit a single draft.

After you finished the edit, you can choose to only 'Save' and upload later from drafts page or 'Save & Import' and the product will be uploaded to your store.

If you choose 'Publish to Store', the product will be imported directly to your store.

Multiple products/Stores

1- You can click theicon to change the store you want to upload to or add more. 

2- To upload a single product add your product URL or product ID of one of our supported suppliers. 

3- To upload in bulk, drop a CSV file to upload a list of items in bulk. You can download an example file to make sure your CSV is in the right format.

5- Choose the supplier source site

6- Choose  the region you are uploading the product to

7- Configure advanced settings like Allow duplicates, upload variations, etc.

Note that if you uncheck the 'Upload Variations' the product will be uploaded as non-variant product, and you there won't be an option to add variations for this product in the future.

Click on the arrow and choose the upload process:

If you choose to 'Edit upload settings' before upload, the system will forward you through the following four stages:

1. General

2. Pricing

3. Shipping & Policies

4. Import to Store

General

1 — Check the box if you wish to use the default settings you have stored for this store and supplier. If you do, all fields will be greyed, and you can skip to the next stage by clicking Next.

2- Choose a template (It's not a must to choose it now, you can set it up first on the settings page to learn how to do that click here).

3- You can choose to add a tag to your upload. For example, if you're uploading a product for Christmas you might want to add a tag called 'Christmas' so you can later easily find the product and remove it When Christmas is over.

4- Select a price range for the item\items you are uploading.

6- Enable\Disable the monitoring for price\stock\ order 

 

Click Next

Pricing

1- Check the box if you wish to use the default settings you have stored for this supplier.

If you do, all fields will be greyed and you can skip to the next stage by clicking Next.

2- Decide if you want one of the automations you created to be applied on these uploaded products. You can learn how to set the automations here

3- Here you will see product's price calculation chart according to your settings

4- Choose your fees you are paying to the selling site and the different payment methods (for example, eBay fee + PayPal fee). 

5- Set the additional profit in $ you wish for the item 

6- Set the additional % profit you wish for the item 

7- Enable or disable the dynamic profit feature, setting a profit for your products by a range of prices:

You can add more rules to cover as many price ranges as you wish. 

Once you're done, click Next

 

Shipping & Policy

1- Check the box if you wish to use the default settings you have stored for this store and supplier. If you do, all fields will be greyed and you can skip to the next stage by clicking Next.

2- Check which shipping method you wish the system to monitor from the source site: 

3- Choose the country from which you're sourcing the item.

4- Type in the city zip code you wish your item will be located in.

5- Use dynamic policies- read here to learn more about this feature

6- Select your payment policy

7- Select your shipping policy

8- Select your return policy

9- Private listing- enable this feature to make it harder for your competitors on eBay to see which items you are selling based on your customer feedback.

Once you're done, click Next

 

Import to Store

In this last stage, you can choose to add your item as a draft so you can edit it more later before you import it to your store. You can publish it immediately to the selling site or you can schedule the upload so it will be uploaded on a later date you select. You can learn more about scheduled uploads in this article
