If verification emails are not sent to your Gmail, AutoDS cannot copy them and login to your account to place new orders or update tracking numbers.
If you have installed the Amazon app on one of your devices (mobile, iPad etc) you will need to sign out from it and uninstall it as Amazon will send the verification to the app. A solution will be to use your chrome app to surf Amazon - looks and operates the same.
To cancel 2 -step verification from your Amazon account follow these steps:
Go to your Amazon account:
Login & Security
Delete your phone number from the login and security, and choose the last option:
If the verification is on, you will see a line with your mobile here - disable it.
Please note that if your account is a seller account on Amazon then the 2 step verification cannot be disabled and you will need to open a new buyer account for the purpose of AO (automatic orders) and add it to the Orders' Processor.
